02/06/2026: Gnocchi with cream and supermarket-quality truffle cream, ribs as tough as steel, sour and probably expired panna cotta, since the other one on our table was "normal," but with the packaging mark still on it, so I guess it wasn't made by them.
We had to make a menu; we couldn't decide on anything. Maybe the à la carte menu would be better. Last year was the same.
02/06/2026: The waiter basically decides what you can and can't order. They keep saying they get their supplies in the Langhe, but I saw the Dalf bubble when I was walking by the kitchen. They locked us in without air conditioning. I've rarely had such a bad meal.
