10/05/2026: Craft brewery, excellent beer, excellent dishes, I recommend booking, the food is exquisite, the staff is knowledgeable and very helpful.

07/04/2026: High-quality craft beers, very friendly staff, and a meat-based menu typical of a true German-style brewery, with a Ligurian twist. 😉 Easily accessible from the highway. Parking isn't always easy.

03/06/2026: I had the opportunity to have lunch at this restaurant during a visit to the area, and it was a pleasant experience. The walnut pansoti were truly delicious, with a flavorful filling and a balanced sauce that enhanced the dish. The seafood pasta was also excellent, rich in flavor and well-prepared, and the clams were excellent. The service is simple and friendly, unpretentious yet attentive to the customer's needs. An added bonus is definitely the option to eat outside in the small square adjacent to the restaurant.

28/05/2026: The food was delicious, there was a wide selection of fish dishes, and the service was very friendly and competent. Since we don't speak Italian, we communicated in English, and the staff spoke excellent English. We were completely satisfied.

10/05/2026: To avoid the slightly rustic treatment the Genoese gave us Alpini, during the 97th gathering, on May 8, 2026, we came to Recco, receiving a warm welcome full of smiles and greetings. We then entered this elegant restaurant, with soft lighting, discreet music, charming decor, and attentive service, and enjoyed a cheese focaccia, the pride of Recco, a gastronomic highlight. Then we moved on to the delicate and colorful creamed cod. All this was preceded by an amuse-bouche similar to potato chips, but made with chickpea flour, truly delicious and original. 01/06/2026: Everything was good, and I will DEFINITELY find a way to return. The cold cuts were average, the cheese with hazelnuts was exquisite, the pansoti with a fantastic homemade filling were fantastic, the gnocchi and pesto were both high-quality, and the mixed Italian-style fritto misto was a bit lacking in variety (ham and cheese sticks, vegetables, apples, sweet milk, and a very thin cutlet), but well-made. The birthday cake was also homemade (not from a bakery), but beautiful and delicious (perhaps it could have been soaked a little more, but I've had much worse!!). But why ONLY 3 stars? (I gave 4, I know, but I didn't want to be graphically harsh.) I'll let the numbers do the talking. 23 people for a hundredth birthday. We sat down at 12:45, got up at 5:15. With a pre-arranged menu, you CANNOT have such endless downtime between courses! There was a 100-year-old woman at the table. Both the pansoti and the gnocchi cooked in a flash and, like the sauces, could have been made ahead of time. Everything, even the fried food, arrived on trays, so there was no need to plate it. I can't comment on the portions, nor on the price... It all becomes a bit marginal with such a long wait! More than an hour for the pansoti! Besides the 23 of us, there were only 3 other tables of 4 people maximum. ..

31/05/2026: We go there often when possible because we live near Masone. The food and selection are exceptional, with great service. It's a shame about the opening hours, as they don't open in the evenings, but only at noon. However, everything was very good, and the service was kind and attentive.

29/03/2026: We recommend it. A simple, traditional family restaurant. We ordered the "Il Genovese" starter, which was fine. The pasta dishes, however, were very good. We ordered chestnut gnocchi with pesto and lasagnette with pesto. We also enjoyed the house wine.

19/05/2026: If you're looking for the tastiest burger in Genoa... You can find it here. Excellent burgers, fair prices. You order at the counter, pay, and leave your name. They'll call you as soon as your burger is ready. The wait is a bit long, but the burgers are made fresh, and the line outside is always long. There's limited seating inside, but table service is available. You can enjoy your burger in the beautiful Piazza Matteotti just a short distance away.
