Obviously the mood with which to approach a dinner in a starred restaurant is completely different from what you are used to. Here you live for two hours immersed in a world where you are served, revered and pampered. The intent is not to feed you, but to make you experience gustatory emotions to which you absolutely must be adopted. The only negative note was that, not having the intention of drinking too much alcohol, I requested a glass of wine, to which, as an alternative, I was offered a half-litre bottle of a white wine with a harmonious but not complex bouquet. Unfortunately, when I presented the bill, I discovered that I had paid more for it than several prestigious bottles that I had found on the vast wine list. Cost of dinner, in line with the category.

25/02/2025: Starred in the mouth area of ​​Genoa, from the outside the location is not befitting of a restaurant of this level but inside the environment is refined and cared for down to the smallest detail. The service is impeccable, worthy of a Michelin star. We tried the tasting surprise menu (7 courses) and every dish was excellent, as was the side dish (entrée, dessert, hand-stretched breadsticks, wine, etc). Recommended for those who want to try high-level cuisine, simple but with top quality raw materials!

20/03/2025: What a lovely dinner we enjoyed. The atmosphere is lovely, everything is relaxing, the lady (unfortunately I don't know her name) and Luciano were great, perfect hosts. Great in the kitchen, tasty dishes. Very reasonable price. Knowing also the splendid social purpose I can only say that from now on it will become a fixed stop. Thanks for everything.

The cuisine is very interesting and the quality is evident: the cod, in particular, I still remember after a month. Compliments also to the dining room staff, thank you.

23/03/2025: We had been wanting to come and eat here for a while. Every time we passed by Via Entella we stopped to read the menu and said to ourselves: We have to come and eat here! One evening by chance it happened and what can I say, we had a great time! The place is very small; since there were no seats available inside, there was a table left on the small veranda. The girl at the switchboard was very thoughtful in warning us that since the table was near the entrance we could suffer from the cold drafts that came in every time someone entered or exited the place. The place was heated and, I must say, we had no problems. The environment was quiet and comfortable. The cuisine fully exceeded our expectations. Unlike other places, Boccon divino does not offer a fixed menu. The staff suggests that you can safely order an appetizer and a second course because some dishes are considered a single dish. We really appreciated the gesture of offering customers a taste of panissa while waiting between meals, and also the small plate of dessert-gourmand while waiting for our order. What can I say, we had a great time! It was worth leaving a tip too. The place may have been small but it was worth "sweating" to get a table :)

PASQUALE and his wife were very welcoming and we discussed at length his culinary journey as a chef around the world, it was very enriching to share his values ​​and his love for Asia, including Thailand. I hope we see each other again very soon and have a well-deserved rest to you both.

Only fish and ingredients of the highest quality and dishes in which you can see the work of constant research and attention to detail. It was certainly worth my trip to Liguria and I will have the pleasure of returning in another season to try new flavors and combinations Thanks to all the staff from the owner to the chef and kitchen staff for the pleasant evening. I return after two years, confirming the idea that the 160km of road made on purpose are worth it. Raw materials of the highest quality, research into flavors and combinations and extreme attention to the customer.

04/03/2025: A small bakery, but if you don't see it, you will be attracted by its scents, like the song of sirens for sailors. Focaccias are harmful, if you are on a diet then, hello, 1 is not enough, the various types of bread are fabulous, the sweets are amazing. In the end, if you have to sin, then you have to do it well, ergo, I gave up and made myself 3 focaccias and a heavenly cream-filled cake, a cloud of lightness and supersonic enjoyment. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Bulk and bottled wine. Particular in the desserts is the Tiramisu with focaccia Overall a nice place with good value for money, the place is not very big so I recommend booking

06/03/2025: I've been there twice for lunch, the first time was good, we had 2 excellent first courses and 2 second courses, high prices but adequate for the quality offered, however the second time, the most important since I brought 2 dear friends, unfortunately the pasta was bland and flavourless. Even the second courses were not up to the standard of the place, perhaps we were unlucky. We'll be back... hopefully.

18/03/2025: The Du Coq restaurant was a real surprise. The venue is perfect for a special evening or a relaxing dinner, with a welcoming and refined atmosphere. The staff is trained, passionate and always ready to advise and satisfy every need. But the real strong point is undoubtedly the food. The oysters were the best I have ever tasted, very fresh and of excellent quality. The crudité, then, was an explosion of flavors, with very fresh fish and perfect combinations. For dessert I had the Tarte Tatin, the best ever!!! I highly recommend Du Coq to anyone who wants to enjoy a high-level gastronomic experience, full of taste and freshness.

05/03/2025: I always go to Da Ö Vittorio when I’m in Recco, and it never disappoints. The restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere, making it the perfect place to enjoy a great meal. This time, I started with their famous focaccia al formaggio, a true specialty of the house. It was absolutely delicious—perfectly crispy on the outside and irresistibly creamy on the inside. For my main course, I had a beautifully presented salmon dish with senso and edible flowers. The flavors were refined and well-balanced, making every bite a pleasure. To finish, I enjoyed a cup of ice cream, which was the perfect sweet ending to a fantastic meal. The owners are incredibly friendly, and the service is always attentive and welcoming. If you’re in Recco, Da Ö Vittorio is a must-visit!
