09/03/2025: I went during the week, I wanted to save money by eating the menu of the day: -The penne allo scoglio only had the shell and the pasta 'seemed pre-cooked'. -The grilled sea bass was well cooked, but the underlying flavor was of mud. -The bread was delicious and I appreciated it. The quality/price ratio is certainly acceptable. Evidently a bad day, too bad!

05/03/2025: I had never been there, the owner was very kind in finding us a table for two on Sunday even though they were fully booked, plus I can say that I ate an excellent plate of spaghetti with seafood, good fried food, good service and I will definitely go back, even more than once.

29/12/2024: For the first time I had lunch with them and I can say that it is worth stopping to taste the generous portions that are offered. I also recommend trying the bottled Belgian red beer.

27/03/2025: Absolutely delicious pizza with a perfect thin crust and fresh ingredients. The owner was super friendly, the atmosphere cozy, and the service quick. You can really taste the quality in every bite! The cheese was great and also the vegan pizza was unique! Highly recommend if you're in Genoa and craving authentic Italian pizza!

23/03/2025: Poche righe per confermare un'eccellenza della ristorazione ligure che dopo anni ho rivisitato con amici. Il tempo passa e le cose ovviamente cambiano, nel caso della Brinca quasi tutte in meglio a partire dagli ottimi abbinamenti dei vini proposti dal sommelier e dalle descrizioni puntuali e appassionate dei piatti fatte dai camerieri. Non metto 5 stelle perchè, nei cambiamenti inevitabili non ho trovato un miglioramento della cucina, beh era difficile forse, anzi in taluni diciamo "passaggi" se ho notato una maggior cura nell'impiattamento e nella presentazione davvero da ristorante stellato, d'altro lato ho trovato qualche piatto meno convincente e riuscito.(maialino con le castagne) Impressioni soggettive per carità anche perchè qui si parla di cucina di alto livello ed esprimo questo mio contributo sperando solo di contribuire al continuo miglioramento del locale. Prezzi, come sempre, più che onesti rapportati alla qualità di quello viene servito.

20/03/2025: Really nice place: for the dishes it offers, for the competence of the waiters and for the services they offer; in particular, the sommelier was very helpful in pairing the wine with the dishes ordered.. listening to both my needs and those of my partner, offering us even different glasses. We were very satisfied. A pesto like this is not found in many places, sometimes not even at home. Really everything was delicious, balanced portions and respect for the times in the service. We will definitely return, also for the price clearly in line with what we ate.

We tried the house aperitif with mixed focaccias, pansoti with walnut sauce and trofie with pesto with potatoes and green beans, amaretti and baci di dama, all very good. Convenient to reach (a stone's throw from Via xx Settembre and Brignole station)

09/03/2025: Questo ristorante si trova a Rapallo, ma sembra di essere in un altro mondo. Un mulino, un torrente e tanto verde. Ma quello che piace naturalmente è la cucina rigorosamente ligure : antipasto buonissimo così come tutti gli altri piatti. La gestione è attenta e gentile. Ho apprezzato il fatti che i piatti arrivino tutti assieme senza creare imbarazzo per chi deve mangiare e chi deve aspettare. Nota non certo trascurabile: il conto veramente contrnuto.È una bella sirpresa in tutti i sensi Brave!

01/11/2024: Das war einmal schön! Ein Kurzurlaub, der sich gelohnt hat. Das Abendessen im Olimp einfach erstklassig in jeder Hinsicht. Hoch oben über Sestri Levante mit atemberaubendem Ausblick. Da setzt die Bar Zeus noch einen drauf. So etwas Schönes! Man kommt nicht aus dem Staunen raus. Der Blick über den gesamten Golf von Genua, einen leckeren Sundowner und die dazu gereichten Snacks. Begeisterung pur❤️
