Nice and pleasant environment. Wide choice of beers, made by them. The dishes are excellent, such as grilled tomino or shin. Special and captivating desserts. We will definitely be back!

Good food and large variety of beers

Marvelous. I came here as a child with my family, and years later the look I give them is always the same: fascinated! The professional and kind waiters, we can say that we felt in all respects even a little pampered. The place, however, is truly worth seeing, one of a kind. The food was delicious, we ordered a Pinsa gorgo and speck together with a platter of cured meats and cheeses as a starter (pinsa super approved light dough), as first courses we chose the potato goodies with fondue and walnuts, and the fettucine in white sauce with artichokes and sausage and they were truly delicious! The desserts are a must, especially the Caramel Delight which ended the evening on a high note. We left happy and with full bellies, truly satisfied! You deserve all the five stars

Bello il locale, anche se a Gennaio, con ghiaccio, un paio di gradi in più in sala li avrei tenuti. Gli affettati sono buonissimi, da tempo non sentivo un crudo di Parma così profumato. La birra la fa da padrona ed è ottima: piacevole, a temperatura giusta e profumata. Veramente un bel bere. Non so se ci sia offerta di vini ma per la serata ci è andata benissimo la bionda. La carne. Per esprimere un giudizio mi rifaccio a ciò che normalmente servono nella nostra griglieria. Costata di polacca da 1 kg, stesso taglio. Prezzo border-line 6 €/hg. Cottura alla piastra, non alla brace. Taglio e salatura in cucina, non al tavolo. Richiesta cottura al sangue. In effetti l'interno è al blue ma anche il grasso esterno è crudo, ed è sparito quello tra le fibre. Il boccone risulta asciutto (strano visto l'ottima marezzatura che presentava) e duro. Forse la piastra non era rovente al punto giusto ? Fatto notare, non ci si aspettava il silenzio della cucina...La sensazione di aver visto una bella bistecca e mangiata un'altra, per giunta non trattata bene in cottura ci accompagna verso l'uscita dove alla cassa facciamo notare questa cosa in risposta alla sua domanda se tutto era andato bene ma non c'è...dialogo.

Andare per degustare le ottime birre è risaputo e soprattutto la maestria di Lorenzo e del suo staff rende tutto super! La vera sorpresa è trovare delle proposte culinarie di livello e ben abbinate alle birre artigianali che da anni contraddistinguono l'azienda. Inoltre la piacevole sorpresa di trovare anche camere per soggiornare senza il pensiero di aver bevuto troppo per mettersi alla guida. Il posto, l'atmosfera all'interno, ripropone la storia del caseggiato e dell'azienda! Insomma vale la pena andare in coppia e ritornarci anche con amici!
