18/12/2024: Mio marito ed io abbiamo scoperto questo ristorante grazie ad un amico che abita in zona e ci ha invitati a pranzo per farci conoscere questo locale, che ci aveva consigliato decantandolo. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti, tutto al di sopra delle nostre aspettative: abbiamo apprezzato l'originalità del menù e la cura nella presentazione dei piatti, l'ottima qualità delle materie prime , la squisita cortesia del personale (il cameriere ci ha accompagnati nella degustazione con il sorriso , grande professionalità e discrezione). Il locale è elegante e accogliente, senza sfarzo, ma con il giusto stile che ben si sposa con l'ambiente in cui si trova. Noi abbiamo optato per un menù alla carta, ma c'è la possibilità di scegliere fra tre menù completi a prezzo fisso , dal corretto rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliatissimo.

21/02/2025: Sono capitato per caso, a seguito di un grande ritardo il pranzo era diventato spuntino, così ho semplicemente cercato in internet : dove mangiare un buon panino a Genova. Sono usciti 2-3 nomi tra cui Panetto Perfetto che era il più vicino a me. Così decido di andare ed ho scoperto il perfetto esempio di qualità Italiana. Materie prime ottime, locale molto pulito e i titolari molto cordiali, mangio il primo panino e al primo morso avevo gia’ capito che i panini sarebbero stati almeno due. E così è stato, due panini uno più buono dell’altro grazie alla vastissima scelta di ingredienti a disposizione tra salumi, formaggi , salse, hamburger che consiglio tra l’altro, un tripudio di gusti che rendono giustizia al nome, “Panetto Perfetto”. Il locale è piccolo ma molto accogliente, si trova in una traversa un po’ poco visibile, se posso suggerire lo segnalerei meglio perché sarebbe davvero un peccato se qualcuno non avesse il piacere di trovarvi. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è davvero elevato, per le materie prime che si possono trovare sono panini che potrebbero serenamente costare un 15-20% in più, quindi non esitate, andate e provatelo.

05/02/2025: The place is really very nice. The service was a little slow for a weekday lunch, considering the small number of occupied tables. Good food, slightly small portions. Fair prices (for a dish each and a coffee we spent around €15 each, with the fork's 20% discount).

06/03/2025: I was here with my friends to celebrate something. I must say that it is a place where you can eat fabulously! The dishes are traditional Genoese, we tried a bit of everything. Exceptional house wine! Congratulations especially for the sweet panna cotta with berries, I ate 3!!! 😍 The view is magnificent atmosphere! Thank you! We will be back!

16/02/2025: Excellent quality oven, my girlfriend and I tried different types of focaccia available and a piece of farinata; we appreciated them all, especially the classic focaccia and the sweet one with raisins. The staff is very helpful and also willing to chat and joke, highly recommended for having a typical lunch or snack in the historic center of Genoa.

07/03/2025: Un'esperienza ideale: panissa in omaggio, porzioni oneste con prezzi ottimi data la qualità dei piatti. Un servizio attento e curato e un menù vario che lascia alternative anche a vegetariani e celiaci. Dovendo trovare il pelo nell'uovo, l'unica piccola pecca è una scelta di musica che, seppur non invadente, risultava un po' blanda. Un posto che supera le aspettative, decisamente da rivisitare se mai si torna a Recco.

Ottima focaccia con stracchino e verdure ripiene Pansotti, taglierini fatti in casa e finalmente sugo al tocco e nn il classico ragù!! Mandilli altrettanto favolosi e che dire dei secondi..... fritto misto, costine fritte ,coniglio .....nn ci sono parole ....i dolci sublimi dal tortino di mele alla millefoglie. Bravi Bravissimi a presto super consigliato
