In addition to the stunning location, the welcome was excellent, and the quality of our food matched the ambiance. A place where you can see the passion and attention to every detail. April 9, 2026, while passing through Lavagna, my wife and I wanted to have dinner, but not at a pizzeria. We searched online and found "BarCelleria"...let's give it a try.... Welcoming atmosphere, very kind staff, and quick service. We enjoyed some excellent grilled meats, including a pork Tomahawk with a side of fries, a very tender beef fillet (excellent), beer, dessert, and a liqueur. While waiting, I couldn't help but notice the variety of sandwiches with mouth-watering fillings. Next time I'll try those too. What can I say....The place gets top marks 😉.

Found it by chance a few minutes off the highway at the Lavagna exit. Very, very nice place. Very friendly staff, but above all, a wide variety of menu items at various prices. Had the burger...excellent, truly tasty and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

01/06/2026: Everything was good, and I will DEFINITELY find a way to return. The cold cuts were average, the cheese with hazelnuts was exquisite, the pansoti with a fantastic homemade filling were fantastic, the gnocchi and pesto were both high-quality, and the mixed Italian-style fritto misto was a bit lacking in variety (ham and cheese sticks, vegetables, apples, sweet milk, and a very thin cutlet), but well-made. The birthday cake was also homemade (not from a bakery), but beautiful and delicious (perhaps it could have been soaked a little more, but I've had much worse!!). But why ONLY 3 stars? (I gave 4, I know, but I didn't want to be graphically harsh.) I'll let the numbers do the talking. 23 people for a hundredth birthday. We sat down at 12:45, got up at 5:15. With a pre-arranged menu, you CANNOT have such endless downtime between courses! There was a 100-year-old woman at the table. Both the pansoti and the gnocchi cooked in a flash and, like the sauces, could have been made ahead of time. Everything, even the fried food, arrived on trays, so there was no need to plate it. I can't comment on the portions, nor on the price... It all becomes a bit marginal with such a long wait! More than an hour for the pansoti! Besides the 23 of us, there were only 3 other tables of 4 people maximum. ..
31/05/2026: Excellent dinner, delicious local food. Super friendly service, especially Suade :)
