Found it by chance, attracted by some tables in the shade of the willow trees.

Tables just steps from the water with a splendid view of the lake.
Seafood appetizer, fried calamari and baked potatoes (excellent). Local sour cherry mousse was top-notch.
Professional and friendly staff.

We were put off by the "poor 4.1-star rating" but decided to go anyway because of the beautiful seating right by the lake under the willows. And we were so glad we did! The appetizers sounded so good that we ordered four of them first, and then two more. We skipped the main course.
Considering the price, we'd rate the food 4.5 stars. But Google only allows whole stars, so we're giving it 5.
Every dish had a special twist. The kadaif prawns had a fantastic smoked paprika foam, the salmon seviche was topped with perfectly candied chili, and the carpaccio was accompanied by sweet rosemary grapes from the oven.

I feel like Im giving a lot of 5 star reviews in Italy, but all in all, its a 5 stars kind of country. I used to doubt what they say about Italian food, but Im a believer now.
And within Italy, this is probably THE jewel in the crown. I had the gnocchi, because its by far my favourite Italian dish, and between the 7 countries I've visited, this is by FAR the best gnocchi Ive ever had, and its not even close.

Very beautiful. You basically eat outside, with a table on the beach. Where there's sand, you can hear the sound of the lake water in the background. It's truly beautiful. You can't hear anyone else's voices because in the shade of the willow trees you can only hear nature. It's a magnificent place.
