All young staff with a desire to do, kind and friendly. The only drawback in winter is that the air conditioner is not an air conditioner, that is, in winter it only has hot air set by the system administrator. It was 25.9° in the room and we were saved thanks to the windows.

Nice hotel, well located because it is quite close to the centre, with parking, garden and outdoor swimming pool, comfortable and spacious room with a large balcony, fortunately the quite busy road cannot be heard in the room, unfortunately in the evening in front of the balcony the fireplace in the room smokes restaurant grill and the smell is a bit annoying. The breakfast is decent in quality, with good choice. The restaurant next door is really excellent and recommended.

Pulito attrezzato, i bagni sarebbero da sistemare col box doccia e il piatto doccia da rifare, tutte le camere però hanno un balcone o uno spazio esterno.

Io verrò molto presto a soggiornare nella vostra struttura. Leggo molto divertito le risposte del proprietario ai commenti negativi, ma non ho trovato ringraziamenti per i commenti positivi. Come mai si cerca di smontare i negativi e mai di ringraziare i commenti positivi che sono la stragrande maggioranza? Aggiornerò la recensione dopo il soggiorno. Ciao

La Corte Dei Prefetti Di Vico

01/01/2024: Dopo anni ripasso in zona, e, mi ricordo di questo locale, di un gran pranzo; quindi ci ritorno. Sempre ambiente elegante, come il servizio ed i piatti. Il cestino del pane merita una citazione, per la bontà dei grissini fatti in casa, delle pizzette e dei pani. Ho iniziato con dei funghi cardoncelli e sfoglie di grana, fresco e delicato, tagliolini limone e bottarga, quel giusto tocco di sapore, ben combinato, concludo col coniglio, gustoso accompagnato da ottimo vino, scelto dall'ampia lista. Il conto è sopra alla media, concedersi un gran pranzo ogni tanto.

29/02/2024: Oasis of peace, express and excellent cuisine enriched with original flavours, always smiling and fast service, top hospitality even residential, a stone's throw from Lake Bolsena. Production of superlative extra oil and wine reminiscent of Homer's descriptions in the Odyssey, read and then try to believe... Or vice versa... Feel at home on holiday or for a food and wine break in the cool of a huge pergola. Kindness at the top.
