This is our favorite restaurant; we've been coming here for years, both as a couple and with friends. Each time we come, we discover new dishes, always well-crafted, with interesting flavor combinations.
We recommend visiting on a summer evening to enjoy the cool air on the small terrace, with a view of the tower and the medieval square. But it's also nice in the winter, inside, with a roaring fireplace.
We always love returning.

Small restaurant next to the Torre di Lavello with a panoramic terrace and pergola.
Varied and original menu, excellent appetizers, especially the beef tartare accompanied by raw artichokes, apple, and raw spinach, and the cod tart with raisins and pine nuts on a bed of mashed potatoes and garnished with caramelized onion.
The first courses were also excellent, with the cacio e pepe served on a bed of beetroot puree being excellent.
Perhaps the toppings were a bit too generous, but overall I'd say everything was very good.
Professional and courteous service.
This charming place could use a renovation that would further enhance its value.

The Tuscania restaurant was recommended to us by the agriturismo where we were staying, and it was a pleasant discovery!
Dinner on the intimate, well-kept terrace with precise and attentive service.
Very good dishes and generous portions. Highly recommended for a couples dinner!

There's no better way to end a visit to Tuscania than with dinner on Via Torre di Lavello. After a stroll in the adjacent park, stopping at the restaurant of the same name allows you to enjoy a unique atmosphere. The food is refined, with traditional dishes like wild boar cacciatora and appetizers featuring rich local ingredients. The staff was extremely kind, even to our four-legged friends, promptly bringing water. Sitting at the outdoor tables with a view of the medieval tower in the background makes everything even more evocative. A five-star experience I recommend to everyone.

Today, while exploring Tuscania, we stopped at this restaurant and were truly satisfied.
The owner was very friendly and welcoming, making us feel at ease right away.
We started with a beef tartare with raw artichokes, broccoli, and hazelnuts: an original and truly delicious combination.
The cheese selection was also excellent, with a wide variety and distinct flavors.
For main courses, we chose pork tenderloin with apple sauce and a sliced beef steak with artichokes and truffle: carefully prepared, flavorful, and of the highest quality.
What can I say... an experience worth repeating! Highly recommended.

Centrally located in a limited traffic zone, but a 5-minute walk from the parking lot. The tagliata steak is good, especially the porcini mushrooms.
The appetizer selection is also good, especially the first courses.
A great experience.
