We went for lunch and had a wonderful meal. Local dishes were divinely cooked, showcasing local products. The service was impeccable and fast, despite the large crowds on a holiday. Great! We'll definitely be back for an aperitivo. Bravo!

While visiting the village of Vitorchiano, we had lunch at this small restaurant. The interior is intimate and cozy, with walls partly clad in stone, very charming. The welcome was excellent and friendly. We also enjoyed the food, both the appetizers and the first courses. I recommend it.

We booked the day before to be sure we'd find a spot for our dog.
We were right to do so, as the place was full.
We were greeted and seated immediately upon arrival, and we began by ordering our first courses directly to avoid filling up on the usual appetizers. I must say we were pleased with the first courses, which were well-prepared and made with excellent ingredients. We were also satisfied with the main courses, as were the desserts. Overall, a truly enjoyable lunch, thanks in part to the kindness and helpfulness of the owner and staff. The place is well-kept and well-organized despite its small size. Well done, guys, and thank you!!!

I visited this restaurant with my boyfriend after a visit to Vitorchiano. It's very easy to find, and we were immediately greeted upon entry. The menu is mostly local, with the mixed platter definitely worth trying, but it also features a few more fusion options, like the tongue bao (really good). Highly recommended.

La fraschetta is a simple and welcoming place where you can enjoy good food and a nice glass of wine in a cheerful atmosphere. We chose a tagliata with porcini mushrooms and truffles and another with pears and pecorino cheese. Chicory and potatoes were served on the side. A sour cherry tart and hazelnut mousse served as a finishing touch. Everything was delicious. Fast and friendly service. Reservations are recommended. Free, easy street parking is available nearby.

We love this beautiful, intimate, and welcoming restaurant. Gianluca and his staff have the ability to pamper you and make you feel at home. The selection of ingredients is excellent, and the dishes are prepared with care and originality. The appetizers are delicious, and we recommend the pea tart with bacon and almonds, or the egg with truffle and parmesan cream. The first courses are generous and never boring, and the stuffed pasta dishes are unforgettable. The wine list is excellent, very extensive and well-structured. The quality/price ratio is excellent, and returning to this restaurant is always a great pleasure. Thank you for the wonderful way you manage this little oasis of taste, and see you soon!
