13/11/2025: Great food, great atmosphere, wonderful experience all around. I would highly recommend this restaurant. You won’t be disappointed.

11/11/2025: We dined at the osteria twice. On Sunday evening, we found the waitress and chef welcoming us in a friendly and welcoming manner. The service was very fast, and the food was very good. The desserts are highly recommended. We returned to the restaurant, but this time we were a bit disappointed by the welcome and the atmosphere, with the chef absent and the owner present, who paid little attention to detail. The risotto was good but not exceptional, and above all, I would pay more attention to the thickness of the ravioli. The waitress was always very kind, attentive, and made us feel at ease.

Excellent cappuccino and croissant, delicious fresh tramezzini made on-site daily, and a comfortable outdoor area where you can relax. Very clean, with very friendly staff. Without a doubt, one of the best bars in Tarquinia, if not the best. 5 stars.

It's a shame about the excessive wait times (an hour between appetizer and first course, another hour between first course and second course) and the excessively rude, disrespectful, and rude owner. 19/11/2025: There were two of us out on our motorcycles. We called, and they checked before offering availability. It's traditional home cooking that emphasizes quality and flavor. The menu is limited because, I asked, it depends on the ingredients available, and the restaurant can't accommodate many people. Its location feels like a step back in time, and for me, with my mother's family from the Viterbo area and great cooks, it feels like a step back in time to flavors that have almost disappeared. The person serving is also the manager (perhaps the owner?) and is very kind in providing information. Excellent value for money.

29/10/2025: We went on Sunday. Without windows, it was hard to breathe. There were too many tables, we couldn't get through. They don't allow dogs. Rude waiters. Terrible food. Maybe if you go during the week, I felt it would be better with fewer guests, but weekends, unfortunately, are a no.

08/09/2025: I am reviewing this restaurant very late (we actually went here for a family dinner last season), but it really deserves a positive review. Great food, nice and quiet environment, nice and friendly service. I definitely recommend stopping here, even from a greater distance.
