28/04/2025: Il locale è carino ed innovativo, il cibo è buono, ma come spiegato dall'insegna, orientato sulle contaminazioni thailandesi. Infatti tutte le pietanze hanno un sapore dolciastro, anche quelle che ti aspetteresti saporite. Però nell'insieme si mangia bene, a prezzi non proprio da AYCE, ma accettabili, Un po' meno accettabile è il menù, in cui raramente ci sono scritti gli ingredienti, ed il servizio, I camerieri vengono e vanno correndo, senza mai potergli chiedere spiegazioni. Poi se vai alla cassa e provi a dire qualcosa alla proprietaria si rischia l'incidente per quanto è scortese e poco affabile. Peccato, nell'insieme si mangia bene, però per il resto direi che non ci siamo .

25/02/2025: Personale preparato e cordiale , servizio veloce ed efficiente, cibo eccellente. Ogni volta che voglio un treat vado al papero che non mi delude mai. Proposte stagionali sempre diverse e mai banali. Ho avuto il piacere di assaggiare sia carne che pesce e mai una portata mi ha delusa , lo consiglio caldamente. Mi è rimasta nel cuore l’anatra CBT con shiitake,mangiata da me qualche mese fa, i loro porcini fritti fuori menù erano deliziosi ed in un’altra occasione il velo di seppia come antipasto mi ha fatto GODERE! Purtroppo per il mio portafogli la qualità va pagata , e ci mancherebbe , considerando i prezzi di altri posti e la qualità sopraffina della materia prima e dello staff, mi sembrano comunque molto onesti. A presto!

08/01/2025: Il ristorante si trova nel centro storico di Viterbo, all'interno di un bellissimo palazzo, decorato per le Feste con grande gusto. Il locale è arredato con grande stile , l'accoglienza da parte dei titolari è stata davvero meravigliosa, ci hanno fatto sentire a casa. I piatti proposti sono quelli della tradizione rivisitati in modo innovativo. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo, dall'antipasto al dolce è stato tutto perfetto. Il conto è stato coerente con la qualità dei piatti e del locale. Vorrei tornare a Viterbo con la bella stagione per poter godere del bellissimo giardino e della calorosa accoglienza di tutto lo staff.

08/12/2024: The beds are old and uncomfortable, the rooms furnished really modestly, with makeshift blankets and heating not always working. The two owners are absolutely not suited to welcome visitors accustomed to good, but not even average, hospitality situations. Misunderstandings during the payment phase, in which they had increased all the agreed rates and a rather crude attempt at recovery.

09/05/2025: We ordered three San Pellegrino cocktails in bottles, they showed up to fill the glasses with a very poor quality and completely worn out supermarket plastic bottle. I ask myself: "how can you serve such a low quality aperitif at three euros each considering that the plastic bottle costs €1.50 to the public?" I was told that the place had taken a bad turn.... I fully confirm, I will never return.

26/04/2025: I've been coming here for years for breakfast, and I've never found pancakes/croissants as good as these. for those who love sweet calorie bombs this is the right place. Their pancakes are soft and super stuffed, as are their "special" croissants, which come in every flavor. even the simplest desserts (like cannoli and pastries) are of high quality. Their latte macchiato is my absolute favorite, I don't know how they do it but it tastes exquisite, more so than in other bars. the staff is always friendly and helpful and the environment is nice and welcoming.

19/05/2025: The place has a service to review, after sitting down we waited almost half an hour to be able to order and we waited without even a bit of bread. The service was made up of two waiters who went back and forth in a confusing and inefficient way.

14/04/2025: sono stato una domenica a pranzo con mia moglie e i nostro amici statunitensi; il posto è molto carino, in linea con le costruzioni medievali di Tarquinia, il personale gentilissimo ed affabile, abbiamo mangiato benissimo, ottimi primi, anche se nessuno di noi ha ordinato la carne -ma ho già prenotato per ovviare alla mancanza :-). Come dessert ho scelto una seadas deliziosa e ho poi bevuto il miglio mirto della mia vita. Peccato che non sia in vendita, ma forse è meglio così altrimenti ci avrei lasciato lo stipendio! I miei amici, che vengono in Italia ogni hanno, hanno detto che mi chiederanno di tornarci. Io, invece, ci tornerò molto prima; sarò ancora lì tra un paio di settimana a provare l'agnello.

03/05/2025: The owner's kindness turned our evening around, we arrived in Orte during a major storm with almost all the places closed, here they welcomed us with a smile and two fabulous pinsas. The classic cacio è pepe and a delicious off-menu one with ortano artichoke and carbonara. Thank you 🥰
