11/03/2025: Nice bar, we had an aperitif of Campari spritz which I must say were good. We took two platters, one from the sea and one from the mountains. I must say a little too much various salads to fill the cutting board The one from the sea is nothing special, without infamy and without praise, while the one from the mountains is good. Service more than good. Excellent value for money

06/01/2025: Delusione totale.Il posto è in mezzo al verde ma la struttura è molto arrangiata .Non c'è cura nei particolari tutto molto improvvisato.Le materie prime purtroppo sono una grande delusione.Fettuccine con funghi porcini in scatola invece che funghi freschi.Grigliata mista con una salsiccia,, una fetta di pancetta e una bistecca sottile.Prezzi troppo alti per quello che viene proposto.Da non tornare.

30/11/2024: un pranzo sorpresa visti su tiktok scoperti per caso cucina da leccarsi i baffi anche i bimbi che di solito sono critici hanno mangiato dall'antipasto al dolce Francesco e la sua famiglia scaldano il cuore facendoti sentire non un ospite ma parte integrante della famiglia torneremo ovviamente

31/01/2025: Excellent hotel, outside the center of Viterbo but easily accessible. The staff are friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast, with a lot of variety of sweet and savory options. The rooms are spacious and welcoming, equipped with TV and mini bar; the only flaw is the double bed, made up of two single beds placed side by side which is not the most comfortable. Large secure outdoor parking.

27/03/2025: Che dire...? La PERFEZIONE!!! Siamo 3 amici cuochi in vacanza nella zona. Capitati casualmente. Mai scelta più azzeccata!!! Cucina perfetta. Simpatia e cordialità. Già inserito nei "luoghi da visitare" del prossimo giro. Complimenti vivissimi!!!! Bravi.

22/03/2025: We ate everything, fried artichokes and Jewish style pizza, excellent margherita, my son thinks he's ubriachelli (the name of the pasta), gorgonzola and radicchio, delicious, all the homemade chocolate bitters and offered, really everything was delicious! Bolsena is a gem, I've been there twice and if I return here it will be a must-stop, too many good things, everything!!!

23/01/2025: Buongiorno sono stato nel vostro ristorante per il mio compleanno il giorno 9 novembre 2024. Ho chiesto di preparami una torta per 4 persone e mi avete proposto la choco nocciola realizzata dalla vostra chef, come pubblicizzato nel menù. Ottima torta. Qualche giorno fa cerco di capire come reperire questo dolce in quanto ci era piaciuto e scopro che viene realizzata dall’azienda Bindi di cui voi siete clienti. Mi sembra poco serio spacciarsi per un ristorante che realizza dolci fatti in casa, quando poi vengono acquistati da altra azienda dolciaria. Anche perché i costi per una fetta di dolce sono non economici per un prodotto buono, ma non fatto in casa. Credo che sia sempre corretto e professionale comunicare al cliente la verità su ciò che il vostro ristorante produce.

19/01/2025: con i miei amici veniamo spesso, ormai da anni,da Roma ed il viaggio vale sempre la pena. La baita è un ottimo ristorante, il servizio è impeccabile, preparati i sommelier, e i piatti sono davvero di qualità. Di recente hanno inserito il petto d'anatra con arancia e cipolle caramellate che definisco Eccellente. Lo stracotto è divino tanto è , che a fine pasto li abbiamo ripresi.Un esperienza gustativa che è assolutamente da fare. Grazie la Baita.

24/01/2025: Pranzato con piatti tipici della cucina romana: pappardelle al sugo di cinghiale, trippa, ravioli cacio e pepe ben rivisitati, cotolette di agnello impanate e fritte dorate. Ogni pietanza è risultata di nostra piena soddisfazione. Vino rosso della casa bevibile, ma migliorabile. Il menù sul sito riporta prezzi non attuali: allego la foto del menù di gennaio 2025. Cordialità del titolare e servizio rapido fanno sopportare il balzello del coperto, che ammonta a 2 € a persona. Locale consigliabile.

Food: The “All You Can Eat” menu is extensive, with a vast selection of both traditional and fusion sushi. The portions are designed to allow you to enjoy different varieties without weighing you down. The quality of the ingredients is high and the presentation of the dishes is made with attention to detail.  Service: The staff is hospitable and welcomes guests in the best possible way at any time of the year. The service is pleasant and attentive to customer needs.  Conclusion: I highly recommend Shizen to anyone who wants to enjoy Japanese cuisine in Terni. Whether it is a dinner with friends or a special occasion, this restaurant represents an excellent choice.
