The dining room is very large with high ceilings, and the tables are spaced far apart, allowing for peaceful dining. Excellent wine list, and—unsurprisingly—knowledgeable staff. The garden provides the perfect temperature, even on the hottest summer evenings.

03/06/2025: I am a Roman transplanted for a couple of years in the splendid Tuscia. I couldn't find a decent pizza until they took me to eat at tris and finally, finally I found the delicious and giant Roman pizza at a very honest price. You must try the pizza with friarielli and sausage. Ask for the spicy oil, but don't overdo it because it is very strong!

13/03/2025: Abbiamo avuto il piacere di pranzare in questo ristorante prima di visitare la bella Villa Farnese. Offre diversi piatti che esaltano al meglio il prodotto tipico della zona ossia la nocciola. Il personale è gentilissimo, sempre sorridente e molto organizzato. Complimenti, sicuramente consigliato.

31/07/2025: This review isn't meant to be negative, but rather to encourage others, as I've seen so many young, well-mannered, and capable people working there, and above all, I'm sure there are sacrifices, as with everything. I'll start with the premise that Andrew's Pub has always been my favorite place to spend an evening when I'm craving a good burger, warmth, and relaxation. Today we went there to try the all-you-can-eat menu, and I'm sorry to say I didn't enjoy it very much. I found the menu smaller than before, and I understand the choice, given that having so many items on an all-you-can-eat menu would create confusion. And one negative note I'd like to make is the speed with which the dishes are served from the kitchen. Especially the fried foods. They weren't crispy because they were pre-fried and then perhaps reheated. We had the same impression with the smashes, too. It's a shame because the ingredients are excellent; in fact, the flavor was excellent, but the texture felt like it wasn't "freshly made." So, it would just be a matter of adjusting the focus a little on this aspect. Especially in the evenings and at a time when there was hardly anyone around. We'll see each other again soon, hoping to find something "extra" like we had until recently. :)

10/08/2025: We've been coming to this pizzeria during the summer for years. And every year we enjoy it and feel right at home. Our favorite pizza is the Norcina, but the other pizzas and fried foods are also very good.

02/08/2025: I'm sorry to write negative reviews... but I at least try to explain well why. - We order a platter with cold cuts and cheeses... it comes with only one cheese and it is very salty (in the photo I had already eaten it). - We didn't get the sautéed chicory requested with the starter...but they wanted to make us pay for it. - The first ones were good. - The bill was 41 euros (with the chicory never arriving)... when I pointed out to him that it had been added to the bill, it was deducted BUT ANOTHER 2 EUROS OF CHARGE ARE ADDED TO US (there were 2 of us with a baby... we paid 2 euros for 3)... without saying anything I leave, because I needed to be enlightened on this genius! - The waiters were kind and courteous We hoped for better...sorry.

28/07/2025: Located in the heart of Viterbo, this unique restaurant is housed in historic stone and wood structures. The menu offers a choice of meat, fish, and pizza. Prices are average for other restaurants in Viterbo. The cold cuts appetizer was delicious and plentiful. I was expecting a stronger flavor for the pizza, but it was still good. I'll definitely be back to try the pasta and meat. The peaches in syrup with mascarpone are special.

28/05/2025: I'm sorry to say that my experience was quite negative. The atmosphere was chaotic right from the entrance, and there was only one person serving all the customers, so there was a lot of confusion. The menu (on the wall above) was very unclear, especially about what I could have and what I would have to pay extra for. In addition, I only noticed the pre-made sandwiches after I had already placed my order, since they are in a completely different position than the menu and in my case they were also partly covered by the people sitting at the tables next to them. Aside from the narrow space, when ordering it wasn't clear that I could put everything I wanted in the sandwich, and communication was also difficult to keep up. I wasn't satisfied with the food itself either: there wasn't much meat and the bread was poor. What really upset me was the cheddar, which you have to pay for separately, but if you look closely it's just cheddar slices from the supermarket. At this point I could have made it at home too. I saw a lot of improvisation in this place (probably due to the large number of customers), which did not make me leave satisfied. Too bad.
