We had lunch on April 25th. The staff was entirely female, and I must say they were spot on—very helpful, polite, and friendly. The first courses were delicious, the second courses even better, and the desserts (all homemade) were absolutely delicious. Prices were reasonable (35-40).

We booked through "The ForK," and to say we ate well is an understatement! Giorgia, the chef, was excellent, and I recommend it if you happen to be passing through Bagnoregio. There were seven of us, the house wine was pleasant, but the dishes were generous and very satisfying: as my friend said, "a skillful cuisine" with unusual pairings. I recommend the spaghetti with burrata and guanciale, the pumpkin flan with gorgonzola and walnuts, the chocolate-flavored wild boar stew, and the cantucci and ciambelline with vin santo. We spent a fair amount with a 20% discount on the dishes: €26 per person, including two liters of wine, three bottles of water, and two coffees.

My girlfriend and I visited the hotel restaurant only as guests for lunch. The experience was wonderful; the waitress who served us was very kind and attentive to all our needs, friendly and welcoming. She was also very helpful in suggesting the best ways to explore the city. All the dishes we ate were delicious; my first course with burrata, lemon, and guanciale was an absolute 10! Not to mention the ricotta and sour cherry tart, which was simply sublime! If you ever find yourself in Bagnoregio, I highly recommend eating here! Thanks for offering us an excellent lunch! Keep up the good work!

Meal only, no overnight stay.
The truffle pasta suited Taiwanese tastes.
The beef steak that was served had too much gristle and was inedible; the restaurant replaced it with a new one, and the service was excellent.
They offered their own homemade wine (low alcohol content).

We went to dinner at this restaurant and had a divine meal. Generous portions and quality food. We had the house wine, which was delicious! I highly recommend the truffle carbonara and the sweet and sour wild boar.
