18/05/2025: Excellent quality food. A dinner with friends based on the restaurant's specialty: wild boar. An experience not to be missed, also thanks to the hospitality of the manager. Excellent service, as well as the desserts and the Chia bitter. Worthy of note is the quality/price ratio.

03/06/2025: You enter, choose your dish/sandwich/menu, pay, sit at a table and wait for them to call you to collect your order. Could it seem like a McDonald's in philosophy? Yes.. on the surface yes.. But the quality is not comparable in my opinion and there is a good choice. Perhaps in the sandwiches for children a greater possibility of adding ingredients (for a fee of course) would be appreciated. Finally, there are lots of seats.

15/05/2025: We arrive after a nice walk quite hungry, a very kind boy (Andrea) tells me "we are closed".... But if you want to eat something we do..... A mix of very fresh cold cuts and an excellent wine accompany us in this typical square under the castle. Service, education and kindness at the top. Thank you very much, we will be back

30/03/2025: We were in Marta for a month and therefore regularly went to Salotto to drink coffee and relax. We really enjoyed the coffee. They even have soy milk for those who like it! The sweet pastries are delicious and the cocktails are also really tasty for the fair prices. We'll definitely be back!

04/05/2025: Locale molto carino e ben tenuto. Il tagliere per due persone davvero ottimo e molto variegato, diverso dai soliti taglieri che ti propongono solo tanti salumi e basta. Abbiamo preso due primi: ravioli alla carbonara, di un sapore che ti esplode in bocca e i pici zucchine e guanciale, stupendi e ottimi! Consigliato davvero!

10/02/2025: I ate there with my girlfriend last night, we had no reservation but they welcomed us anyway. The food was so good I loved the dumplings and I'm digging the sweet sour sauce that came with them!! The chicken and duck too were very good and tender. 1000 out of 10 recommended :)

24/05/2025: We spent hundreds of euros on Fiorentina steak that we had expressly asked for super rare and it was brought to us on a hot plate (how can you not know these things??) forcing us to eat it overcooked and now hard and rubbery, for goodness sake.

14/05/2025: After seeing the trattorias in the area we decided to book by phone. Unfortunately we could stop for a very short time because we had an excursion to do at 3:00 pm. The entrance deserves to be more valued but when you enter, the environment is informal but pleasant, in line with the place and with expectations, a real trattoria with real managers, like those of the past. They were very kind and allowed us to respect the limited time. Characteristic, simple and genuine cuisine. I go from memory: pappardelle with wild boar, baked potatoes, sautéed chicory; good house red wine. Generous portions, water, coffee, bitter. They also offer a tourist menu and a truly interesting assortment of grilled meats. Given the quality of the dishes and the prices, I promise to return with other friends!
