24/10/2025: Unfortunately, getting there is a "God's feat" given the multiple potholes along the road, a difficulty that vanishes when you savor that sandwich with a divine porchetta with crunchy or soft bread depending on your personal tastes. A good glass of wine divinely washes down the food and together puts you in a good mood to face the rest of the day. Congratulations to the managers

01/10/2025: Piazza alla Romana, I didn't really like the supplì (carbonara, cacio e pepe, and amatriciana) because they didn't taste like what I ordered. We had a great time, the service was nice and helpful. The price was excellent. I recommend it! (If I ever return, I'd definitely go there again ;)

20/09/2025: I had a super delicious gluten-free pizza here. It's a paradise for people with celiac disease. The food tastes excellent, super tasty. The menu is extensive. There are hamburgers, French fries (they were simply super delicious 😁👌👌👏), pizzas, and desserts, all gluten-free. And super good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. 13/10/2025: Passing through on our way back from Perugia, we stopped for a quick dinner. The mixed grill was tasty and well-cooked, with delicious fries on the side. Kudos to Patrizia, who, with patience and a huge smile, gave us excellent advice. Highly recommended!

07/10/2025: A trip to Tuscia, to this delightful and quiet village. The restaurant, though a bit cramped and sprawling, is very well-decorated and welcoming. Following the general recommendation, we opted for mushrooms, which, admittedly, were somewhat undercooked in the fettuccine, which negated their aroma and texture. The chickpea and chestnut soup, however, was good. For main course, a sliced ​​steak with arugula and mushrooms, which wasn't particularly successful, and a polenta with porcini mushrooms and sausage. Overall, we were a bit disappointed, primarily by the mushrooms featured, at least in the dishes we chose, almost like a dussel, a preparation more suited to mushrooms than to the king of porcini mushrooms. But we probably just ordered the wrong thing. Service was friendly, the bathroom impeccable. With a glass of Sangiovese, the bill came to about €80 for two.

12/09/2025: My experience at La Ballaccia di San Martino was beyond positive. A beautiful location in the main square, where I enjoyed an excellent pan-fried mushroom and potato dish, all washed down with an excellent bottle of wine. The staff were impeccable 👏

07/08/2025: I found this place yesterday by chance and was pleasantly surprised. I ordered a small calzone and it was truly delicious! The dough was delicious, even though it was very lightly fried, with mozzarella and spicy salami. It was truly delicious! My friend ordered a chicken wrap and that was also delicious! I'll definitely be back to try the pizza! Also, and something worth noting, they have excellent local craft beers.

01/10/2025: We were refused to eat here when we went inside the restaurant. The lady even scolded my friend on what she was wearing (off shoulder top), very unnecessary. Very bad experience. We just went out of the restaurant, even so, she continued to tell us that it was wrong to enter the restaurant. Hays.

23/08/2025: It's always a shame for me to leave a negative review, especially when the location is truly delightful: small but meticulously maintained and with a pleasant atmosphere. For this very reason, I believe constructive criticism can help both the owners, helping them grow and improve, and future customers, helping them have a more satisfying experience. During our dinner, however, several inconveniences arose that I must point out. As soon as we sat down, we found the placemat dirty, likely not replaced after the previous service. A detail that alone wouldn't have ruined the evening, but unfortunately it was the first in a series of oversights. We ordered a first course to share and two second courses. Unfortunately, the tagliatelle with lamb ragù was so salty that it was difficult to enjoy. The wild boar meatballs, however, arrived cold and partly burned. Finally, the sliced ​​beef: we weren't asked how it was cooked, and, without a proper knife for serving, we were faced with overcooked, very salty, and difficult to cut meat. A real shame, especially since the prices were decidedly high compared to the actual quality of what we were served. I sincerely hope these observations are helpful: the location has potential, but the cuisine and service deserve more attention to live up to expectations.

21/09/2025: A charming and well-kept restaurant with a view of Rocca Farnese, which is very picturesque in the evening, and stunning photos. The light cuisine is fine for certain dishes (e.g., fettuccine with Maremma ragu), but not for others. The "Degana Preti" (a type of pasta dish) lacked any seasoning and was flavorless. The veal, which was cooked with hazelnuts, was good, but the hazelnuts in the mayonnaise were barely noticeable.
