04/05/2025: Une belle plage libre donc sans musique qui casse les oreilles et sans être tassés comme des sardine avec une eau parfaitement transparente, parfaite pour des bons bains et de mer et de soleil bien loin des sentiers battus. D’une fois garé, en passant devant le restaurant Playa del Sol réservez votre table pour le déjeuner. Une belle carte simple, gageure de produits frais, est très appétissante.

01/05/2025: My experience at the Il Pilone by Rare restaurant on May 1st was truly disappointing. The event, announced as a special day with a festival and entertainment for children, turned out to be total chaos. Disorganization reigned everywhere: insufficient staff, very long waiting times, confused service. No one seemed to be in control of the situation. The entertainment for children, widely advertised, simply wasn't there. An event managed very badly, without a minimum of coordination. The catering was no exception: bland dishes, presented without care, often wrong. Everything seemed done hastily and without attention. If you don't have the adequate staff and experience to manage a May Day event, then you shouldn't even organize it. A lot of potential completely wasted. I won't be back and I don't recommend it.

30/03/2025: I went to an evening organized with the dance school. Everything perfect. Pizza tour menu at €25 with unlimited draft beer. We ate well, service ok. Really nice place

01/03/2025: Very pleasant environment, very friendly staff and very good dishes, we had pizza and some appetizers, including a very good one made with pulled pork but I don't remember the name... I think that by asking for pulled pork they understand what we're talking about.

03/05/2025: Trattoria in Viterbo, quiet and genuine. You can taste the flavors of the past. The owner is friendly and helpful even if a little tired after a life dedicated to this profession. I recommend it!

07/05/2025: The food was first class - flavours amazing proper genuine Italian food. The best cacio pepe I have ever had. The service and atmosphere was wonderful and it was full of local people. We were the only tourists.

03/06/2025: I am a Roman transplanted for a couple of years in the splendid Tuscia. I couldn't find a decent pizza until they took me to eat at tris and finally, finally I found the delicious and giant Roman pizza at a very honest price. You must try the pizza with friarielli and sausage. Ask for the spicy oil, but don't overdo it because it is very strong!

10/05/2025: Mandatory stop on foot of Via Cassia and Via Francigena. Great product and at a good price. With outside garden. The girls are very friendly. 100% Recommended

04/05/2025: Fixed stop, along the Francigena, bakery with pastry shop, in the greenery, super good pizza, you have the possibility of using outdoor tables, sandwiches, for a quick stop I recommend it.

10/03/2025: It’s the only reason when I come to Viterbo… The first time I came alone and it was amazing!! Now I bring with me my girlfriend… and it’s great!!! Super recommended.

31/01/2025: Ci siamo recati in questo locale nel Centro storico di Capranica per pranzo con i miei amici. Ci ha colpito la location molto curata. I ravioli di porchetta e zucca eccellenti, e anche gli altri primi davvero raffinati e gustosi. Secondi piatti degni di nota: una semplice tagliata e la trippa al sugo speciali.o . Dolci buonissimi, da provare il tiramisù e panna cotta!!… Personale cordiale e simpatico, anche i proprietari sono gentili e sul pezzo!! P.S. prezzi nella norma e il rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente Da ritornare assolutamente e lo consiglio spassionatamente. Bravi bravi continuate così
