01/10/2025: We were refused to eat here when we went inside the restaurant. The lady even scolded my friend on what she was wearing (off shoulder top), very unnecessary. Very bad experience. We just went out of the restaurant, even so, she continued to tell us that it was wrong to enter the restaurant. Hays.

23/08/2025: It's always a shame for me to leave a negative review, especially when the location is truly delightful: small but meticulously maintained and with a pleasant atmosphere. For this very reason, I believe constructive criticism can help both the owners, helping them grow and improve, and future customers, helping them have a more satisfying experience. During our dinner, however, several inconveniences arose that I must point out. As soon as we sat down, we found the placemat dirty, likely not replaced after the previous service. A detail that alone wouldn't have ruined the evening, but unfortunately it was the first in a series of oversights. We ordered a first course to share and two second courses. Unfortunately, the tagliatelle with lamb ragù was so salty that it was difficult to enjoy. The wild boar meatballs, however, arrived cold and partly burned. Finally, the sliced ​​beef: we weren't asked how it was cooked, and, without a proper knife for serving, we were faced with overcooked, very salty, and difficult to cut meat. A real shame, especially since the prices were decidedly high compared to the actual quality of what we were served. I sincerely hope these observations are helpful: the location has potential, but the cuisine and service deserve more attention to live up to expectations.

02/11/2025: A (shooting) star because it's the only thing you can give less. We had gone with great enthusiasm, hoping to enjoy local food. Unfortunately, we were completely disappointed. Terrible service. The dishes we ordered arrived drowned in oil and onion. A chickpea and chestnut soup was undignified (it tasted only of oil and rosemary), served with a meager crouton. When we asked for more, we had to wait an indefinite amount of time while the soup cooled. Not recommended.

17/11/2025: Small but very welcoming restaurant. The food is top-quality, and you can tell they've put a lot of effort into selecting the best ingredients. The chef and owner are truly delightful, always available to offer suggestions on dishes and pairings. It's just steps from the fortress and in the center of the village. We loved it so much we went back the next evening!

21/09/2025: Everyone feels like Canavacciolo now. Miserable portions. Expensive and not even that good. I got the parmigiana for 15 euros. A miserable, miserable piece. Tasteless.... Avoid.

27/10/2025: Extraordinary!! Delicious food, extraordinary natural wines, and a sensational welcome! The owner is extremely friendly and manages to convey his love for good. I recommend it 300%!!! I tasted a dish that on paper seemed simple (a buffalo mozzarella crust) but wrapped in three strips of Italian bacon, baked in the oven. A treat!

19/10/2025: A very welcoming and quiet place, with little conversation and plenty of warmth even inside. Excellent wines. The very kind and competent staff made us feel right at home for an hour. There are a few tables outside, but they're definitely well-managed. We'll be back.

17/11/2025: We were there yesterday, Sunday lunchtime, four of us: a wonderful experience, worth repeating. The dishes were all excellent, from appetizers to dessert. The staff were friendly, fast, and discreet. The atmosphere was quiet, thanks in part to the warm, soft lighting and the wood-burning stove (we were seated near it). The desserts are all homemade, and the ingredients are local. Highly recommended.

07/12/2025: A historic pizzeria in Viterbo, on Via Cairoli, 20 years ago, when the three brothers were there, it was number one; now... Not even close. The pizzeria is still in the hands of the son of one of the three brothers, perhaps the least talented, certainly the person who least knows how to serve customers. Warning! This pizzeria is not suitable for those who don't eat animals for many reasons, from contamination to dough.

The extremely kind and attentive staff made us feel truly pampered. Honorable mention goes to Daniela, who assisted us throughout the entire process, and to all the representatives from International Catering, which the property used for our wedding reception: everything was delicious, and everyone was incredibly skilled and professional! 13/09/2025: I've been going there for years, even though it's not exactly close to my house. A very cute and quaint pub. In the summer, you can even sit outside. In my humble opinion, they make the best fried food in the area, and not only that, not to mention the onion rings... exceptional!! I'd go there just for those! The sandwiches are also very good! What can I say... go without hesitation!
