13/11/2024: First experience in Italy was at Cafe Roma, and the women working that afternoon could not have made my first bar experience better. It was a dream come true for this American barista. They were patient with my broken Italian and each day we went they were extremely kind, the pastries were fresh and there were so many all day long. Every Bar should be like this. Thank you everyone working there for such an incredible experience ❤️

17/08/2024: Fantastic place, attached to the dairy specializing in buffalo cheeses. Unexpected proposals for both quality and quantity. Just outside Montefiascone this gem awaits you. Had dinner on Friday 16 August, 4 of us truly enraptured by the culinary offering both for its imagination and its extremely high quality. Come and taste incredible dishes... here the buffalo obviously reigns supreme! Stefano Berna

Generous portions and a family atmosphere, in short, an excellent place to celebrate an event or enjoy excellent meals in the company of. Excellent parking outside the venue, also suitable for non-ambulant people. Also special are coratella and tripe. In short, I recommend it, we've been coming for years.

23/07/2024: I have already been to this pleasant place other times and every time it is a discovery. A true regenerative farm and a farmhouse in the true sense of the word that uses its own and local products, not like the vast majority that have now become country trattorias with products of unknown origin. Prices are proportionate to the cost of producing and raising animals in a totally natural way and this is clearly evident from their flavour. Marco and Chiara welcome you into their home and have the great advantage of making you feel at ease and transmitting their passion for what they do. Value for money of the various aspects, hospitality and catering, excellent and in line with the quality offered. I will go back without a doubt

03/12/2024: Sono stata a Vetralla per l'acquisto annuale di olio ed io e la mia famiglia ci siamo piacevolmente imbattuti in questo ristorante, per il quale lasciare una recensione positiva è assolutamente d'obbligo, visto che si è trattato di uno dei più buoni in cui io sia stata di recente. Complimenti a tutto lo staff sia per la qualità e genuinità delle pietanze, che per la gentilezza ed empatia verso il cliente. Mia zia ha dichiarato di essere allergica ad alcuni alimenti, e la ragazza della sala è stata super premurosa nel venirle incontro e porre particolare attenzione alle sue necessità. Una nota speciale per l'abbacchio alla scottadito, credo il più buono che abbia mai mangiato e per i dolci fatti in casa, ben superiori alle pasticcerie più rinomate. Non vedo l'ora di tornare!

30/11/2024: Prima di venire a Vetralla ho fatto un giro su TripAdvisor per cercare qualche ristorante, in realtà qualcosa che coniugasse pizza a piatti tipici del luogo. La maggior parte delle recensioni non erano recentissime ed alternavano giudizi ottimi a giudizi pessimi. Quindi mi sono affidato a gente del luogo, e mi hanno consigliato questo ristorante. Ne sono rimasto soddisfatto. La pizza, enorme, premetto che non mi è piaciuta, ma essendo campano sono prevenuto. Era la tipica pizza romana sottile, croccante e devo dire che la salsiccia non era saporita. Ottima la carbonara di mia moglie, come una carbonara deve essere, cremosa, guanciale scrocchiarello, saporita. Buoni anche i crostini con paté di olive, olio, pomodorini, ma sopratutto la verza in agrodolce. Non abbiamo preso dolci in quanto le porzioni più che abbondanti ci hanno saziato.

24/08/2024: We had lunch in this campsite restaurant and I wasn't expecting a starred restaurant. The staff very much Kind. We had two good and rich appetizers, two first courses, a coffee and a dessert. Too bad about the spaghetti with clams which were rich in clams but the pasta seemed pre-cooked and seasoned with raw oil with the addition of many clams.

24/06/2024: Very disappointing start: the outside tables, alas, are not wheelchair accessible, plus we could only get pizza while we were there for the restaurant. We had to get pizzas, and some fried food. Luckily the pizzas were really delicious: thin, crunchy, well stuffed, excellent flavour. The chips and Ascoli olives are also delicious. The wine and draft beer were excellent. In the end, even staying under the gazebo, with the windows all open, was very pleasant. Overall, in the end it was a pleasant evening.

15/12/2024: Place easily reachable from the Vitorchiano exit of the highway, very close to two small shopping centers, one of which has the multiplex cinema which it is located in front of, very large and welcoming, rather modest in furnishings. Excellent quality food. We ate both appetizers, pizza and meat. It's a shame that my Mari e Monti starter didn't include toasted bread, otherwise it would have been amazing!! Anyway, don't miss it

07/09/2024: The place isn't much in terms of aesthetics and care and there are mainly only beers to drink, at least there are no cocktails on the menu. Very good chips. They also make sandwiches and fried food, maybe next time I'll come for dinner.
