04/06/2026: A truly enchanting venue, carved into the rock and enriched by charming cellars that create a romantic, elegant atmosphere, with meticulous attention to detail.
We were welcomed by the owner, an extremely professional, helpful, and passionate person, capable of making guests feel immediately at ease. The service was impeccable: attentive, courteous, knowledgeable, and prompt, always discreet.
The quality of the ingredients is evident in every course. The appetizers, featuring select, excellent-quality cured meats, accompanied by flavorful, expertly prepared crostini, were a wonderful start. The tagliata al tartufo was extraordinary: tender meat, cooked perfectly rare and literally melting in the mouth, enhanced by the intense aroma of truffle.
The desserts also confirmed the high quality of the cuisine: the chocolate cake with a warm center, accompanied by delicate vanilla ice cream, was the perfect ending to an excellent dinner.
An experience that combines quality ingredients, attention to detail, professionalism, and a genuine passion for catering. Highly recommended. We'll definitely be back.
02/06/2026: Dinner in a former peperino quarry. A cool and scenic setting. Dishes made with seasonal ingredients. Everything was excellent, from the fava bean soufflé to the sliced steak with hazelnuts and lard. We'll definitely return.
