A welcoming, well-maintained restaurant with friendly, attentive service. This was our second visit, and the food was excellent again. The portions were generous, and the price was in line with the excellent quality of the ingredients they use.

I can only give it 5 stars. The place is tiny, but super welcoming and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food is excellent, showcasing local products, from the meats to the cheeses and wine selection. I highly recommend it.

A weekend on Lake Bolsena, stopping in Montefiascone. After research, I found Mamma Pappa. It was a wonderful experience, with excellent food, excellent service, and a great wine selection. Highly recommended.

02/08/2026: Overall, good. It filled up quickly, and the outdoor space is lovely, covered by a vine on a pergola. This vine, in particular, caused a few problems: it shed leaves in the gusts of wind, and we found them all over our plates and glasses.
27/07/2026: Our friends had a beautiful wedding welcome dinner for about 20 people here. The food was incredible, excellent service, and the patio was a dream! If we’re ever back in Bolsena, we’ll be sure to return.
