A restaurant in the center of Montefiascone. Excellent cuisine made with authentic, local ingredients. The atmosphere is intimate and family-friendly. I've been there several times to try the traditional Etruscan focaccia.

The food was exquisite and carefully prepared. We enjoyed everything: the braised beef was exceptional, as were the tagliolini with truffles and the Etruscan focaccia with various cured meats, as well as the desserts, including the delicious pastiera. The staff was kind and attentive, and the restaurant was welcoming and well-maintained. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Agriturismo Murera

05/04/2026: We discovered Pulicaro on Ecobnb and decided to book an Easter stay at this agriturismo, impressed by their values ​​and philosophy. Everything lived up to our expectations! Pulicaro is a beautiful stone farmhouse managed with care and love by Chiara, Marco, and all the staff. It's an ideal place to stay, recharge, and sample traditional local cuisine, often made with products from their farm! The agriturismo's location is also on the border between Lazio, Umbria, and Tuscany. It's a great base for exploring Tuscia. Excellent value for money! A wonderful experience, highly recommended.
03/04/2026: This is a true regenerative farm with a focus on soil health and the food it produces. The people are so friendly and generous!

Fattoria Poggio Nebbia - Agriturismo

11/11/2025: I went for lunch a few Sundays ago. The farm is really cute, with lots of animals and a small vegetable garden. My son was very happy, especially with the playground, although, unfortunately, perhaps because it's November, I noticed a bit of general neglect. The staff was really friendly. The food needs to be revisited, as it unfortunately wasn't satisfying. We still had a lovely day, and I'll definitely give it a second chance in the spring, perhaps even staying overnight.
07/10/2025: Visited as part of an AIDA cruise with wine tasting and fresh bread, olive oil, and homemade pasta. Very idyllic and friendly hosts.
