We celebrated my son's graduation here with him and it was a wonderful experience. The venue was a pleasant discovery, complemented by a beautifully lit garden that highlights the trees. The food is truly delicious: the appetizers are generous and the meat is simply excellent. The staff are welcoming and the atmosphere is perfect for a peaceful celebration. We'll definitely be back.

Fantastic place,location,ambiance, host and waiter! Really amazing host Gaia! Apartment/lodging was amazing, great breakfast! Pool was awesome and our stay was super comfortable! Restaurant was great and delicious and they did easily accomodate my husband food restriction! We cant wait to come back there! The area is beautiful and that part of Italy is a hidden gem! Loved it all!

Enchanting setting nestled in the Lazio countryside yet close to the stunning beaches of Montanlo di Casto and Vulci Park. Gaia is super kind and helpful!! Nature, relaxation, and kindness! Highly recommended.

We stayed and dined at this property over a weekend in June. The property itself is in an excellent location, and overall the atmosphere between the residence and the restaurant is very pleasant, cheerful, and uncluttered. The food is good, and like the location, it's not about being beautiful, but about being simply good and uncluttered. This casualness, however, becomes problematic in the management of the service, which is a bit too haphazard and, rather than a positive service, a service that tends to rush through tasks that could be managed better. The residence, and especially the apartment where we stayed, lacked attention to detail, with many things patched up to make up for a poorly organized apartment designed to add an extra space to sell. Therefore, it's a bit too haphazard, for example, the stairwell balustrade is quite shaky. Perhaps the other apartments will be even better. A truly serious and painful note was the presence of 3 or 4 cockroaches in the bathroom, wandering around a shower that we wouldn't have used regardless (terrible). As soon as we saw them, we promptly reported them to a member of staff, saying there were such creatures in the bathroom. He did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING; as if we'd asked his opinion on a pair of shoes, talking to one of the trees in the garden would have been more helpful. A note on the breakfast, which is absolutely not recommended. It cost €7 per person but the total value was €4-€5 at most. It's a real shame because the place is actually nice.
