Culinary excellence and human warmth: Nicoletta's perfect combination. Four of us dined here, and the experience was, without a doubt, astonishing. It's rare to encounter such high-quality consistency: there was not the slightest hesitation in any of the courses, which followed one another in a perfect balance between refined aesthetics and depth of flavor. Every detail, from the attention to the aesthetic composition of the dishes to the precision of the cooking, testifies to an extraordinary technical mastery. However, the true added value of the lunch was revealed at the end, when we had the privilege of meeting the mastermind behind such harmony: Nicoletta. Conversing with her for several minutes was enlightening; we clearly perceived that hers is not just technique, but a true emotional dedication. You can sense, in every bite, that each dish is conceived and crafted with sincere love, a rare quality that transforms an excellent lunch into an experience that speaks directly to the heart. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff at Bacco Perbacco, and especially to Nicoletta for her hospitality and talent. We will be delighted to return.

The food is good, but not exactly cheap.

Dinner for two on Monday, March 2nd. The restaurant was bright and welcoming, with friendly and helpful staff. The food was good, we'll definitely be back. Well done!

Lunch and dinner on the 31st were arranged at the last minute, but were greeted by kind and helpful staff who made room for four. The dishes were beautiful to look at and, above all, of high quality. A wide selection of wines was available.

Wine. In every sense. Ate with the family, everyone was satisfied.

I was there last year and it was already beautiful and welcoming. Today I saw some changes inside, including the really nice tables. I had the usual carbonara, which is always good. It's in the historic center of Tarquinia, next to the museum and the entrance to the city. If you're in Tarquinia, go there.

I highly recommend it! I stumbled upon it by chance and would definitely go back. The risotto with stewed rabbit was superb, as were the ossobuco and cappellacci in brodo. The waiter is very friendly. A great place to eat well at a reasonable price.
