We found this ice cream shop online, as we're not from Viterbo. It will always be our favorite! The flavors are amazing, you can tell they're handmade and delicious! Very fair prices and super friendly staff!

Cantina del Drago

15/07/2026: Sutri is a magical place, and this magic is further enhanced by the Cantina del Drago, housed in a historic building. Outside, you can also enjoy aperitifs with truly original treats. The fried toast is an experience not to be missed. The menu is varied and includes truly original choices. The first courses are amazing. Excellent and extensive wine selection, including top-quality local wines. The only drawback: the house-made tiramisu wasn't what I expected. But 10/10 for everything, including the kindness of the owners.
09/07/2026: This restaurant is tucked away in the cellar of a beautiful historic palazzo, with a lovely garden courtyard that makes the setting feel extra special. The menu blends Italian cuisine with creative international influences, and every dish we tried was excellent.
