When cooking is poetry. Professional and highly trained staff, vast choice of DOC wines and excellent product quality. Nice and friendly location, very comfortable. We recommend booking at least 10 days in advance. Parking not really adequate, few spaces. The restaurant is easy to find as it is located on the street. I would highly recommend it At least for once.

We found what we were looking for. Simple dishes but excellent in terms of raw materials and preparation. Convivial but not intrusive environment. Excellent quality-price relation.

Had lunch on 2/15/2024, excellent cut of fresh artichokes with flakes of parmesan, sumptuous hay with ragù and good the one with artichokes and sausage. To finish, chestnuts with rum. Kind service and honest price. An excellence of our territory.

Se passate per Canepina o vi trovate in zona una tappa da Linetta è obbligatoria !
Locale molto curato e servizio ottimo.
I due fratelli titolari sono simpatici e ottimi conoscitori di usanze e sapori dei luoghi.
Ho provato la loro specialità: il fieno.
Una pasta fresca sottilissima servita con condimenti a piacere tra i più gustosi.
Anche i funghi sono freschi e preparati molto bene e la lista dei vini è ben fornita.
Dolci fantastici e prezzi molto ma molto abbordabili.
Tornerò per provare i secondi.

Siamo venuti in questa trattoria insieme ad alcuni amici dopo averci detto che era assolutamente da provare.
Il cibo è veramente di ottima qualità e siamo anche stati serviti con estrema gentilezza e simpatia!
Consigliamo assolutamente di assaggiare tra gli antipasti i tortini di polenta, e ovviamente a seguire il fieno, che a noi è piaciuto moltissimo con il sugo di funghi e chianina, ma hanno anche molte altre varianti! Abbiamo provato anche il coniglio per secondo, buono, e la tagliata che era abbondante e di qualità.
Ritorneremo senz altro!!
