Today, May 1st, we had lunch at Trattoria Da Linetta. The first courses were delicious, especially the pagliafieno pasta with various sauces, porcini mushrooms, ragù, truffles, and mushrooms. The second courses were exquisite: lamb cacciatore, pork morsels, fried lamb, roast pork, and excellent side dishes. Finally, we finished with the house desserts, the delicious zuppa inglese (a type of trifle), a good red wine, and the kindness and friendliness of the owners and all the staff. I recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy healthy, authentic cuisine that makes you feel at home. Congratulations!

Everything was very good, but it wasn't easy to understand which dishes were actually on the menu compared to the many off-menu items that were hard to understand and choose from. Everything was delicious, the quality was excellent, the only flaw being the industrial ice cream for children. Thank you.

Excellent trattoria, rustic and welcoming atmosphere, friendly owners, but above all, excellent food. The proverbial Fieno is a must-try.

We finally managed to secure a spot for Sunday lunch, and yes, unfortunately, you have to book well in advance for those like me who spend Sunday lunch out and want the guarantee of being delighted by good food.
They do their job well. There aren't many dishes, but right today, Antonio recommended the hay with asparagus and bacon, and I must say it's a sublime dish: very delicate, with just the right cream and distinct flavors. Followed by lamb cacciatore-style and veal osso buco, both well-cooked and flavorful. I'll definitely be back to try other dishes, especially the first courses.

Excellent dinner, quality food, interesting, delicious from the starter, the famous "fio" (a typical Italian dish), to the main course and dessert. Fair price, excellent value. Very kind, professional, and easy-going. Recommended!

We stopped here after a trip to Caprarola, drawn by the excellent reviews, and we can only confirm them. Their "fieno" pasta specialties are truly exceptional: both the one with ragù and the one with gricia were simply top-notch!
Affordable prices and a truly friendly, welcoming, and helpful staff make the experience even more enjoyable. Plus, you can park conveniently in the parking lot right out front, a very convenient detail.
We'll definitely be back!
