We were looking for a restaurant a little away from the hustle and bustle of Rome, and we ended up here. It's definitely a bit more expensive than a typical restaurant, but everything was perfect! The service, the quality of the (homemade) food, and the atmosphere. We'll be back as soon as possible.

Crossing the threshold, you enter a different dimension of space and time, as evidenced by the old SIP sign at the entrance. Choose from a free-form menu or a tasting menu; letting Raoul recommend you is the best option. Avec55 is not just a culinary laboratory but also a place of conviviality, nourishing the soul. 05/05/2026: The welcome is fantastic!! The menu has so many interesting dishes, we did the tasting, they were good. We expected a small portion but more courses. Too bad the shrimp tartare on the risotto has no shrimp flavor at all 😅
