26/10/2025: I grabbed a few slices of pizza from the counter around dinnertime and found them spectacular! The marinara and the white pizza with anchovies and zucchini flowers absolutely blew me away! And they were reheated... I imagine fresh off the peel! Crispy, well-seasoned, and easy to digest. I'm not from Rome, but I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy excellent pizza by the slice! The price is reasonable!

18/09/2025: McDrive most of the time, they never make me wait, a couple of times I even ate inside, spacious rooms, outside with games, excellent!

13/09/2025: I strongly advise against this store, especially the Mc Drive-Thru. Every time something is missing from the order, PROMPTLY!!! Every time I go (and unfortunately it's the only one near my house with a Mc Drive-Thru) I have to stop and double check. If you trust it, you'll be screwed! This evening, yet another mistake, proving that the Mc Drive-Thru service is absolutely flawed. The staff taking orders with a tablet (often happens on weekends), I order rich fries and they beat regular fries. Obviously, if I go to the Mc Drive-Thru, it's because I'm in a hurry, so I couldn't go back and have an order changed that I had already paid for, and just when I double checked I saw the mistake, but unfortunately it had already been paid for and the receipt showed regular fries. Maybe it's a small thing, but there's never a single order that goes smoothly! NEVER! Unfortunately, it's the only Mc Drive-Thru in the area, but honestly, I'm starting to consider going to Monterotondo! They're truly awful! I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!! If you go, ALWAYS RE-CHECK IN ANY CASE!!

02/11/2025: The wine, ricotta, mozzarella, bread, and porchetta are top-notch, but otherwise, let's ignore them. There's no menu with prices, either posted or listed (except for the €12 appetizer). A reheated first course served on a paper plate for €12 seems a bit excessive. It's an osteria in terms of food, service, and disposable items, but it's definitely not an osteria in terms of price.

31/08/2025: In the quiet shadow of Frascati's buildings on a Sunday, I enjoyed sampling some truly delicious, fresh cheeses and cured meats with some friends. The service was simple, fast, and helpful. Highly recommended, despite the stunning view, the casareccio is truly authentic and not touristy. Definitely worth a try.

09/11/2025: We had lunch at Burro e Sugo, enjoying a 30% discount through The Fork. Food Overall, the dishes were average, with no particular strengths or weaknesses, but with some contrasting surprises. I ordered cacio e pepe, which initially arrived without pecorino, with just parmesan and pepper, without the classic creamy sauce that characterizes the Roman dish, but with obvious oil and cooking water. After pointing this out quite clearly, I was brought a second course, this time correct and well-prepared, with the authentic flavor of the pecorino. However, the question remains as to why the first and second courses were different—a mistake, a lack of care, or perhaps different treatment depending on the customer. My mother ordered beef stew (presented as a roulade), which unfortunately she didn't like: the flavor was reminiscent of a packaged product, like canned meat. Another person chose the green pepper fillet, which initially arrived completely raw inside (not rare, but raw). After having it recooked, it came back to the table well-cooked and finally tasty, even though the wait was long. Service and Organization Unfortunately, the most disappointing aspect of the experience was the service. We waited almost an hour for our order to be taken, and overall the meal lasted over two and a half hours. The dining room management seemed disorganized and slow. In particular, the waitress who served us was rather aloof and dismissive, and her manner wasn't particularly friendly. Bill and The Fork Discount Even when it came to the bill, we noticed some inconsistencies. The first receipt showed a higher amount than expected, and only after a lengthy review and several recalculations (correctly considering the 30% discount on food, not drinks) did we arrive at a more consistent figure. We later noticed a charge error—two portions of artichokes instead of one—for which we were partially refunded (€4.50 out of €7). Conclusion In summary, Burro e Sugo offers average cuisine, but the experience was marred by very slow service, chaotic organization, and unclear billing. Although some dishes were ultimately acceptable, overall we would not return.

09/11/2025: I'm not in the habit of writing negative reviews, but since I'm used to being honest, I can't help but do so. We happened upon this place by chance, near the vintage show, enticed by the positive reviews we'd read. We didn't have a table reservation. The orders took forever to arrive at our table of four, all in random order, forcing us to eat one at a time. A forgotten appetizer even arrived with one of the first courses. The wait staff was very committed, but spoke and understood little Italian. A 75 cc bottle of still water cost €2, and the coffee arrived, just as we were paying the bill, for €2 in a small plastic cup. I'm trying to be understanding, thinking that it was all due to the staff being capable but insufficient for the number of seats in the crowded indoor and outdoor dining room. Other customers had similar complaints. With a few adjustments, it could improve.

15/03/2025: Sono stata invitata in questo ristorante per festeggiare un compleanno in famiglia. E' a pochi metri dall'ingresso di Villa Adriana. Il cameriere Claudio merita una menzione particolare per la sua simpatia e la sua professionalità. Il pranzo è stato molto buono: gli antipasti sono vari e ben preparati, come anche i primi. Le porzioni sono abbondanti, tant'è che non ho assaggiato il secondo. Tornerò sicuramente d'estate per cenare all'aperto in un contesto verde, suggestivo e curato

05/10/2025: We went for dinner yesterday, the menu only included first and second courses. We wanted an appetizer and a simple pizza. The wait was incredibly long, about an hour for two pizzas. The waiters were circling around us confusedly, two of them in the pizzeria didn't really know what to do, the owner was very tense and angry, it was a Saturday night and there were quite a few people there, people were complaining about the long waits, in short, terrible service.

05/10/2025: I went for the first time last night and it will also be the last.. very poor service, we were always calling the waiters because they didn't come to take the orders after half an hour of being seated, between the appetizer and the pizza more than an hour passed (and it wasn't good either) and there were waiters running around aimlessly... I don't recommend this place to anyone, there are much better around and lastly the price.. for an appetizer and pizza 28 euros, I've never paid so much elsewhere.. don't go.

30/08/2025: I was here on erasmus program. I played uno with my friends. My friends convinced me to ask the staff to make instant noodles it was 23:30. They actually made it. We laughed. I was called dżydżusz for the rest of the trip. End. :)

20/07/2025: The staff were kind and friendly. We only stayed one night, but we had a great time. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a bathroom with a window and shower, and air conditioning. Ample parking, and a varied breakfast.

20/07/2025: Esperienza di giov 17 luglio, ce lo consigliano.. Ottimo sia il servizio che il cibo. Pizza buonissima e fritti leggeri, si vede che é olio pulito. Location bella e puliti i servizi. Ideale per belle serate con amici e/o colleghi. Sicuramente faremo anche noi passaparola e ci torneremo
