07/11/2025: They're going to be (too) attentive to the customer as long as they can keep selling more and more food. Then, it took them half an hour to bring a bill for two dishes and a bottle of water!
They didn't have room temperature water. They don't display the prices of the drinks. I didn't like it!

19/10/2025: Excellent restaurant. The first courses are mostly traditional Roman dishes, with a few extras. They have a wood-fired pizza oven. The service is impeccable, and the atmosphere is pleasant. Good value. Recommended.
30/09/2025: At La Caletta, only the name remains. I must say the food is quite good, but the positives end there. The wall renovation is rather disturbing. What really lets it down, and is the basis for this review, is the unfriendly and, I would even say, rude attitude of the staff.

26/10/2025: I arrived and immediately noticed how beautiful and welcoming the place is. A very kind and polite blonde girl served me, truly helpful. I ordered several slices of pizza by the slice and a couple of supplì: everything was delicious, well-cooked, and made with fresh ingredients. Highly recommended.
19/10/2025: This is a great place to eat pizza near home. It's very tasty, crispy dough, great toppings! My favorite is with mushrooms and white sauce. It's just SO DELICIOUS 🤤
And the staff is just incredibly nice! Thank you 🥰

16/10/2025: My husband and I stopped at Bar dei Cerchi for a coffee break. I indulged in a sfogliatella riccia, while my husband opted for a ciambella—everything was fresh and delicious.
The staff was friendly and helpful, and the prices were reasonable.
This bar is located very close to the Circus Maximus and the Mouth of Truth, and if you're looking for a break, I highly recommend it.

26/10/2025: The hotel has a perfect location. We didn't take any transport during our entire vacation. The room was well-equipped and clean. Upon arrival, we were a bit frightened because everything was older than in the photos. You have to go through a doorway and go up to the first floor, and when you enter, there's a somewhat shabby reception area. However, afterward, everything was perfect. Being in the heart of Rome, the rooms are quite soundproofed thanks to their double-glazed windows.
20/08/2025: Horrible service. The staff weren't interested of serving us. When we ordered Dolce menu we only received the pizza. After 90 minutes of waiting we finally succeeded in gaining their attention. They brought us the check and tried to make us pay for the tiramisu we never received. Don't go there.

I want to apologize for the extremely SLOW service because it's Sunday and it's very crowded, even though it wasn't that crowded when we arrived.
The pinsa with buffalo mozzarella and prosciutto was excellent.
Our first courses, especially the one with octopus sauce, had extremely sour tomatoes.
I hate to be critical, but unfortunately... Never again.
28/09/2025: The only good thing about this place is the lakeside service, with inattentive staff. The price is expensive for what's on offer, and it's a bit of a scam with the fixed menu service. The menu costs €35 per person, but the fish isn't exactly top-quality and the food is poor, and you have to share it between two people, while the price is per person.
I'll definitely never be their customer again.

Tired rooms.
The pool is cold, and everything around it is falling apart.
The pool area smells like manure.
The breakfast is poor.
The rooms are dark, musty, and damp.
Noise from neighbors and restaurant patrons at 1 a.m.
Noise from the amusement park during the day.
I don't recommend it.

12/09/2025: I've lived in the area and have known Bar Chiaroni practically forever, a landmark for the entire neighborhood. It has been renovated over the years and is now a charming bistro with plants, books, and a piano for patrons to enjoy. The staff at the counter are young, courteous, and friendly, and the food is excellent—don't miss Mariella's tarts!
