While vacationing in Rome, we decided to stop in Frascati, and so we stumbled upon this osteria, which is also a typical local fraschetta. We sampled porchetta and other traditional cured meats and cheeses, along with an excellent wine produced on site. Everything was excellent, and the owners were equally friendly. Best regards from Trieste, and see you soon.

A truly enchanting place, especially at sunset. The local produce is very good, but the house specialty is their white wine, produced in their own cellars. I highly recommend it.
