26/04/2025: In spring, it's wonderful to sit under the portico, hosted by our friend, the internationally renowned poet and Dante scholar Aldo Onorati, and enjoy a delicious, nutritious, yet easy-to-digest Margherita. As Aldo said on April 23rd, the pizza is superb, even better. The supplì are well-seasoned, this time delightfully a little spicy, and the croquettes are delicious too. We'll be returning often... friendly service.

02/11/2025: We visited this restaurant for an evening with friends, coincidentally due to a match being broadcast. After we sat down and placed our order, the waiter jokingly and unclearly informed us that a drink was required in order to remain. Such a communication, in all fairness, should be provided before customers sit down and order, not afterward, and certainly not on a slip of paper behind the television that no customer would read. Unfortunately, the evening continued in a less than pleasant manner. The restaurant manager began loudly scolding a young man, in front of everyone present, claiming, "If you don't have the money, you won't come here." This was decidedly inappropriate behavior, which created discomfort and embarrassment among the customers. When the bill came, which amounted to €54, we were asked to reach the €60 limit for the group, without even being given the option of adding bottles of water. Overall, the experience was unsatisfactory. The initial lack of transparency, combined with the rude and rigid staff management, created an unwelcoming atmosphere.

20/10/2025: If you want to entertain yourself with superb food, go to Ciccio in Fregene, everything prepared with love and skill. I enjoyed a fantastic chicken and turkey kebab, spicy and delicious... you have to try it! And they're having a party for Halloween 🎃 🥳 🎃 🥳

26/10/2025: One of the area's leading AYCE restaurants has finally reopened. New management, friendly staff, and quality food mark this new beginning. Different lunch and dinner options, or à la carte options. The raw fish sushi and sashimi are excellent. I would also pay more attention to the Chinese selection, especially the first courses.

18/10/2025: We've only tried delivery for now, but we were pleasantly surprised, considering the average AYCE quality. All the products were fresh, and the cooked ones were still piping hot. Nothing was overpowering in flavor—not too much rice in the uramaki, nor too much Philadelphia, but rather balanced. We'd like to try the sushimi again on-site; we'll definitely be back soon.

25/08/2025: Personally, I had a great time. The staff was friendly, the pizzas arrived quickly, and they were delicious. My favorite is the white base with mozzarella, salmon, and a little arugula. I rarely see it on pizzeria menus, but not only is it on their menu, it's one of the best I've ever had. I also found the dough very light and easy to digest. I'll be back if I get a chance.

25/10/2025: We had breakfast here every morning during our stay in Rome, and it was a real treat ☕🥐! The staff is incredibly kind, always smiling, attentive, and very friendly with children 👧🧒. The produce is fresh and excellent, the coffee is perfect, and the prices are very reasonable for the area. The place is simple but welcoming, ideal for starting the day off right before exploring the city. A favorite spot just steps from the Cipro metro station, which I recommend without hesitation ❤️🇮🇹.

09/10/2025: Amazing such a great spot for a quick and delicious bite! Got some pizza my fav Roman style with a small potato pizzette and a suppli all were amazing and served with a smile! I saw many locals come and go as I ate which to me means it’s a quality place. Thanks to the nice man for excellent service!

20/08/2025: I was deeply disappointed with my experience at this place. Extremely rude service from the guy who served and charged me this morning at 5:30 AM. He even tried to give me Danish pastries when I had clearly asked for croissants. The product I was served was unacceptable. I ordered freshly filled croissants and received an almost empty one, as you can see from the photo. The poor quality and rude service are an insult to their customers. I strongly advise anyone not to visit this place. I understand that no one wants to work at 5 AM... but if I'm there, it's certainly not for fun! I expect respect and a decently filled product! He didn't even give me a receipt, luckily I paid by card!

23/10/2025: I've been there twice under the new management. They're always friendly, and the service is fast. Among the Peruvian restaurants in the area, this is the one with the best value.

08/10/2025: I went recently with my family and I must say that we loved the food, we were very satisfied and the service we received was very cordial and the truth is we will return soon, I highly recommend it.

13/09/2025: I went to this Fermopoint a short while ago, at 3:30 PM on September 13, 2025, to pick up a very important package, and it was closed, even though the internet and the courier's email said it closed at 6:00 PM. It caused me considerable distress, and I will never use it as a Fermopoint again. Finally, I'd like to point out that there is no sign outside indicating the early closing time. How disappointing!!!!!!

Open spaces and enclosed dining rooms, comfortable and quiet seating. Excellent service, quality food. I've been coming to Caffè delle Arti for years with great joy. Must try...
