08/04/2025: Allo Scapicollo è stata una vera sorpresa! Immerso nella tranquillità di Monteflavio, questo ristorante offre un'esperienza culinaria genuina e ricca di sapore. Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo l'atmosfera accogliente e familiare, il servizio cordiale e soprattutto la qualità dei piatti, preparati con ingredienti freschi e locali. Un ottimo posto per gustare la vera cucina tradizionale della zona, senza fronzoli ma con tanta sostanza. Consigliatissimo!

The waiters are very friendly and the atmosphere is great.
05/08/2025: Avoid. This is not at the level of food we would expect for Rome. I'm unsure how this got a 4.5-star rating, but it should be downgraded to 2 stars.

30/06/2025: The room was clean, everything was in order.
The service was terrible. The staff was not polite or attentive.
There was no food at all for breakfast. Everything was gone except bread and lemonade.
The coffee was brought out so slowly that it was impossible to wait.
They brought out fruit. The bananas were green and tart, it would have been better if they hadn't brought it out.
You can stay overnight, but without breakfast. They take orders for 50 people here, and they serve breakfast for 10.

05/08/2025: I'm a longtime customer of Via Nansen, and unfortunately, there's a huge gap between the two pizzerias. It's not a matter of size. In EUR, I don't get the family atmosphere that has always characterized Via Nansen. Sometimes it almost feels like I'm bothering you, and that's a real shame, because the pizza is good, but EUR also offers a lot of competition.
03/08/2025: I ordered pizza by the slice, both red and with boiled potatoes. The red one had a huge amount of delicious tomato sauce, just how I like it. The potatoes were of high quality and melted in your mouth, but the potato one was a bit too salty. The manager was really kind and chatty, happy to tell us the story of the place and who Luigi and the rest of the staff were. The pizza and staff were exceptional. See you soon!

20/08/2025: Don't go with children!! You can also use the pool for money, and then a couple of women arrive wearing barely anything, smoking and drinking in the pool!!!! And the children have to play quietly and not splash around!!!! Because they want to relax... Disgraceful, never experienced this before. Paying a couple 100 euros just for your child to play quietly! And the waiter who literally runs for them is disgusting🤢
12/08/2025: I've already stayed at this hotel twice in the space of a month because of the tranquility of the location surrounded by greenery. The double room overlooking the pool was comfortable and the housekeeping was excellent. I'd give the restaurant 10 stars 😍 for the excellent food and the professional, yet friendly, service the staff provides. A 10 ⭐ to Bruno.... thank you again for your kindness, courtesy, and great friendliness.

03/09/2025: The atmosphere is intimate and private, and the restaurant is very elegant and well-kept.
The staff is always available and ready to accommodate every request.
The sushi, as well as the Chinese food, are of superior quality. We regularly go there for both Chinese and Japanese food. The restaurant offers unbeatable value for money.
The house wine is excellent, delicate and smooth.
We will definitely keep coming back!
29/08/2025: Staying at a nearby hotel and came here late night. Service was super friendly & the menu was digital so catered to multiple languages which the gentleman serving us set up- so nice. The food was sooooo good! Didn’t love the gyozas but the spicy tuna roll was amazing and the spaghetti soia noodles with prawns- the best we’ve ever had! Not expensive- Highly recommend! You won’t be disappointed.

29/07/2025: Great bistro for lunch. The daily menu is fantastic and always varied. We come as a couple, sometimes with the whole family (8 people), and we always receive more than friendly service. The owners are very friendly, and the food is delicious. I'd be happy to come back anytime!

24/08/2025: My review is based solely on the reception service, not the food. Unfortunately, the service was poor, as for a full 30 minutes, no waiter or manager approached us to take our order. At that point, we left without eating, but the worst part was that no one approached us to understand why we were leaving... zero customer service.
