Fantastic cocktail bar inside The Hoxton Hotel. Special thanks to Francesca, Simone, and Gabriele, who made our experience fantastic—true professionals! It's fantastic to have a place like this to unwind after a long day exploring Rome!

I usually have a cappuccino, matcha, or cookies here - all very good. Also the first place I've tried pistachio-flavored hot chocolate - strongly recommend! Their club sandwich is substantial as well and it is delicious. It is a nice place to grab a coffee, the atmosphere is quite nice. Service is great as well.

We only got the table because the waitress asked two other guests to sit at a smaller one. Thanks again to all three of you! The food, service, and atmosphere were great!

Unfortunately, I didn't enjoy myself here and I come here a lot. Something happened to the food and service. The level has dropped significantly and the prices are very high in relation to the value. I recommend eating around and not in the hotel itself. The music is also very loud and unpleasant.

Yesterday I visited this restaurant in Rome for a family aperitivo, and overall, the experience was very pleasant. At the beginning, we were kindly asked to move to another area of ​​the restaurant due to a small misunderstanding involving another customer. The staff handled the situation with great calm and professionalism, despite dealing with a rather complex situation with this particularly agitated guest. Despite the context, we were always treated with courtesy and attention. To apologize for any potential inconvenience related to what was happening nearby, the staff decided not to charge us when it came time to issue the bill. This was a completely unnecessary gesture, which we greatly appreciated and demonstrates great customer care. This kind of attention truly makes a difference. We will definitely return and recommend it without hesitation.
