02/10/2025: A truly warm and attentive welcome. Delicious Roman focaccia made with fresh ingredients. A selection of gins to die for. All this in the main square of Fiano Romano. A must-try, and why not, return.

12/10/2025: A Saturday night with an excellent beer and pinsa at the Lo Sciabbecco pub on Via Tor de Schiavi. In the heart of Centocelle, an old-style venue where you can breathe in art, music, and photography... two small rooms that are almost a museum... Fair prices (for Rome), very kind owners and waitresses. One of the aspects, besides the museum-like walls, was the extreme friendliness and availability. Italian music is certainly not my thing (only because I had a grandfather who was a tenor and music teacher and I already had my fill of the genre as a child...) but I must say that the VENUE's artistic direction has created an excellent product by offering quality karaoke with Sara, who is a real singer (not just an entertainer) and has a good vocal range. 14/08/2025: The place is open and closed at will... (we even went on a Saturday evening in June/July/August, but the shutters were down), and in any case, when we managed to go (only once), we found the food to be subpar... the drinks weren't fresh, and we also noticed that they ordered the French fries from the Chinese restaurant next door... the cook smokes inside the kitchen... it's a shame because the location, given its lovely location and outdoor space, could ensure some lovely evenings with more proactive management...

15/10/2025: Changed management. All food available. Indian cuisine. Mmmmm good. Made lighthouses. Low prices. Friendly people. A new addition to the Laurentina area.

11/10/2025: Old management ok, with the new management, it's better if I don't comment. For 2 pizzas at the table... we waited 1 hour and a half... and in any case the pizza was very disappointing.

27/10/2025: If you're looking for a trendy place that tries to combine tradition and innovation, but the result is disappointing, you're in the right place. I have nothing against those who strive for innovation, and indeed the place is nice, but you have to choose quality... and here, quality was put second to the type of place. Traditional first courses were overpriced and lacking in character despite the touted ingredients, sautéed chicory where you could taste the sand more than the chili pepper, wines from all over the world (a positive aspect except that the minimum price for a bottle was 40 euros)... an experience not to be repeated.

24/09/2025: I went to dinner with some colleagues and we had a truly enjoyable evening. The restaurant is elegant, well-attended, and yet welcoming, with an atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The meat deserves special mention: superior-quality Fassona beef, with various cuts available, perfectly cooked, and exceptional flavor. Each of us chose a different dish, and we were all impressed by the quality and care taken in its preparation. The portions were generous, and the quality of the ingredients was evident from the first bite. The other dishes—from appetizers to side dishes—were also well-crafted, but it's the meat that truly shines. The wine list is also excellent, completing a high-quality experience without ever being pretentious. I didn't take any photos to attach: the elegance of the setting and the attentive service made me feel that it would have been almost inappropriate to interrupt dinner with my phone in hand. Sometimes it's better to enjoy the moment with colleagues and let it remain etched in memories rather than pictures. A restaurant I recommend without hesitation and will definitely return to: quality, professionalism, and taste at the highest levels.
