Fiore Di Zucca In Roma

My family has tried Fiore di Zucca several times, and at this point I can say it's one of my favorites in the area. The selection is varied, from classic Roman pizzerias to more or less sophisticated trattoria dishes. Everything we've tried has always been excellent and tasty. The pizzas, both white and red, are thin and crunchy, with just the right amount of toppings. My favorite is (obviously) the one with zucchini flowers, but the arugula and bresaola is also excellent, as are the more classic red ones. The fried food is good, and the fried foods are not greasy. My favorites are the fried anchovies (wonderful), the flowers, and the suppli. The fish isn't top-notch, but it's fresh and well-cooked. The baked sea bass is a very satisfying dish, as is the swordfish steak. Good beers on the side, and for those who prefer wine, the classic selections never disappoint. The service is friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is like that of a neighborhood trattoria, pleasant and relaxed. Since we live in the area, we walk there. Parking is certainly not the easiest, but it can be found. The price is very fair. Highly recommended.

Elegant yet relaxed atmosphere. The staff is always friendly. The food is well-cooked and presented.

Good food, to be honest, really good. But the rudeness of the person who served us unfortunately had an impact on my opinion. Not the slightly irreverent but friendly Roman, no, we're talking about someone who makes you feel like you're being mocked. That's not the case. Every customer is precious, unless they're rude, let's not forget that. I'm sorry, I was really disappointed.

The fried foods are good, but the pizza isn't. The service is excellent, and the outdoor tables are a bit disturbed by traffic.

Pizza mozzarella buffalo capers anchovies very good friendly staff and above all animal lovers they treated my dogs very well even bringing bowls with water outside space to be able to bring me which is not a given I found myself not going to restaurants because they do not accept dogs among other things very well behaved

We hadn't booked but they managed to find a place for 2 by the skin of their teeth. The nduja and Neapolitan pizzottelle were good, unfortunately the courgette flower pizza was less good, the mozzarella wasn't stringy and it arrived lukewarm and undercooked, especially underneath.

Nearby table with children who screamed for 2 hours and parents who did not care about the disturbance caused to other customers.

the veal was really good however it was very raw. Had to ask the server to take it back to the kitchen. After it was cooked, it was delicious. the pizza was really good too. salsa was a little bit bland, but good. the bruschetta appetizer needs more love. It was just bred with cheese. Needs more flavor.. it’s bland. Overall, it was good, but there’s room for improvement. Id still recommend
