09/10/2025: Today I had a terrible experience at your store in Piazza Navona. After asking a clerk if the restroom was available for purchase with an ice cream and receiving a "yes," we paid. Immediately afterward, another clerk denied us access, and the first one retracted without even apologizing. The worst was the attitude: they were arrogant and rude when I expressed my disappointment. One of them even made a sarcastic comment while I was taking a photo of the email to complain. Disappointing customer service and a total lack of professionalism. I will never return.

05/10/2025: This pastry shop is a little gem in the neighborhood. The cake I ordered was delicious, the price was more than fair, and the owner is incredibly helpful and kind. The location is also perfect for an afternoon snack between university classes.

01/11/2025: A place that's neither good nor bad. The interior is pleasant, welcoming, and warm. I think it reaches its full potential in the summer with the large outdoor space. The food is average. My wife had pasta with pesto and shrimp. They forgot to add pesto! We had to point this out to them. They took the dish back and added pesto. The price is average. No one would travel across town to eat here. There's plenty of room for improvement.

14/06/2025: Oggi abbiamo festeggiato qui gli 80 anni di mia zia. Abbiamo mangiato ottimi piatti a base di pesce come il risotto alla crema di scampi, paccheri ai frutti di mare e spigola in crosta di patate. Il servizio è stato impeccabile grazie ad Alessandro e la sua squadra. Prezzo più che adeguato. Torneremo sicuramente!

10/10/2025: I ordered two custom poke bowls through Glovo, one of which was missing the avocado (which was an additional cost), and I found a pin inside among all the ingredients. The food was very good, but the preparation was truly terrible, and it was done without care and attention. Not satisfied.

06/10/2025: I'm a regular customer, but I have to say we had a truly wonderful meal this evening. The quality of the ingredients was excellent. The chef and kitchen staff have been new here for a few months and are truly talented. The service was exceptional, with courtesy, kindness, and great friendliness. Thank you!

10/06/2025: recommended by acquaintances informal place kind staff but not very present well stocked with wines but poor for food apart from moderate platters of conventional cold cuts and cheeses and trio of bruschetta with slightly warmed stale bread, and a bag of bread and white pizza a little dry, price a little excessive but it's okay, as far as I'm concerned I won't go back and I wouldn't recommend it to those who are used to a different type of aperitif good humus

08/06/2025: I can't go to Rome and not go to this place. Wonderful atmosphere, special music selection and then Daniele always present and discreet like the staff. Cutting boards, bruschetta, hummus, tomato sauce/cream, etc. etc. all accompanied by excellent selected wines. I was in the company of friends from Turin very happy with the experience. Thanks to Daniele and all the staff.

The waiters inside were helpful and friendly. The waiters outside were very rude! We've been to this restaurant several times, but the waiters outside are truly rude. It's better to go inside!
