15/07/2025: Poorly managed overall. The rooms prioritize style over comfort, with furnishings that look good but aren’t practical. The bathroom is extremely small—barely enough space to move. Service leaves much to be desired; the staff seem untrained and disorganized. The pool area is also disappointing, with undersized umbrellas and limited shaded seating. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place.

18/06/2025: Excellent place to have a quality lunch in the Monteverde district of Rome. The menu has a wide choice. Exceptional first courses, truly delicious eggplant parmigiana and supli' worthy of the name. I highly recommend it

09/07/2025: Why is life so unfair. Took the bus at night, craved their food for months, booked the flight. Just to crash my spirit. Ordered a Tiramisu, it took almost forever to be served, it tasted like trash, the cream was warm, the cookie was hard to eat and i almost lost count on how much times i shoked on the cacao powder and gagged ( maybe cuz Tiramisu supposed to stay the night at the fridge, so i wouldnt cause ppl trouble) home music was loup ad annoying and loud rather than relaxing. And i never realized tht im actually a better chef. If i could rank no stars i would. See y'a.

09/07/2025: I recently tasted your tiramisu, for which I paid €8, and I must say I was very disappointed. The dessert seemed to have been assembled at the last minute: the mascarpone cream was neither firm nor blended properly, and the biscuits were still hard, barely soaked. As a tiramisu lover, I was expecting a rested, melting, and balanced dessert, as per Italian tradition. Unfortunately, the result left me more nauseous than pleased. For the price, I think a minimum of preparation and resting would have been necessary to offer a true tiramisu, worthy of the name.

15/07/2025: Centrally located and comfortable hotel, easy to get to, with ample parking and extremely helpful staff. Clean rooms, generous and varied breakfast. I've been back three times already.

24/06/2025: Villa Robina is a great choice if you’re looking for a simple, comfortable place to stay. It’s not fancy, but it has everything you need. The rooms were clean and quiet, and the free parking was super convenient. I really appreciated the free breakfast in the morning – good variety and fresh options to start the day. The restaurant is also a nice plus, especially the terrace which makes for a lovely, relaxing meal. The staff were kind and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, it’s a cozy, no-stress place that I would happily recommend if you’re in the area and want something affordable and welcoming.

31/05/2025: Very narrow bar environment for only three people, four outdoor tables in an unfortunate street position, but what matters is the high quality of the product served, sweet and savory, especially for the pastry shop that over the years has attracted more and more customers. Good supply of sweets, licorice, sweets and ice cream.

17/07/2025: Ich war für 2 Monate von Mai bis Juli 2025 in Rom und habe in dieser Zeit im Stadtteil Portuense gewohnt. Das La Ruota ist für mich und meine Freundin schon so eine Art Stammlokal geworden, in welchem wir uns von Anfang an sehr gut aufgenommen und wohl gefühlt haben. Es gibt einen großen Innenbereich und einen - für römische Verhältnisse - gut gelegenen Außenbereich, der zum Gehweg abgegrenzt ist. Das Personal und der Inhaber sind sehr angenehme und zuvorkommende Menschen, das Essen ist gut, ebenso der Hauswein und die Preise sind absolut in Ordnung. Besucht wird das Lokal vor allem von Einheimischen aus der Umgegend, dabei auch viele Familien. Das bedingt natürlich auch, das nicht selten spielende Kinder drinnen oder im Außenbereich hin und her rennen, das ist hier so.

20/07/2025: In 2025, eating three first courses, a second course, and drinks included for €10 is crazy! You eat and drink in plastic, but for those who aren't too fussy, it's less expensive than eating at home! Good food, a great place to eat when your fridge is empty.

09/07/2025: I used to eat pizza at this place when the Cassa di Risparmio di Roma bank was located in Piazza Cesare Cantù! I returned decades later and was pleasantly surprised: the pizza was inedible and had a strong, sour aftertaste, probably due to the poor-quality mozzarella. And then the supplì: tasted and tossed. They also had a strong, sour aftertaste. The mozzarella didn't string, in fact, it was a hard cylinder!!! It was basically a mushroom pizza thrown away and the supplì thrown away. Avoid.

09/08/2025: Small, hidden pizzeria, but...well worth a visit for the excellent pizza and especially the fried food! Don't miss the mint and lime supplì! Delicious! Friendly and friendly staff and truly reasonable prices! Takeaway service also available!

31/07/2025: Attentive and friendly welcome. I was on crutches, so they moved us to a slightly larger space to make me more comfortable. Excellent suppli and truly delicious, easy-to-digest pizzas. Service was quick and always friendly. It was a great discovery. See you soon! 😊
