25/09/2025: I've been eating pizza by the slice here for years, and I must say that, even though it's not a renowned establishment, the various flavors the pizza chef offers are unparalleled, along with the consistently courteous and friendly service, satisfying even the most discerning palates.

18/07/2025: Be careful with the stools. I sat down and found myself on the floor with a broken stool. I recommend the manager check them thoroughly and replace the others.

20/10/2025: Friendly and courteous staff. Excellent pizza.

16/10/2025: We stopped for dinner to eat at the tables. The food was very good, but the atmosphere was terrible. The staff showed no attention to the customers, turning the place into a nightclub, with loud music, and loud conversations and jokes among themselves. Unfortunately, we won't be returning.

03/11/2025: One of the few remaining Roman osterias around Termini Station. You can enjoy typical Roman cuisine at reasonable prices, always served with a smile and a warm Roman welcome.

02/11/2025: We arrived hungry and left completely satisfied. Excellent, tasty food. Very friendly staff and fast service. All in all, great. If you're in the area, stop by and eat; you won't be disappointed.

19/09/2025: Fresh fish and a friendly atmosphere I had lunch here last week with a friend: it's a fishmonger's and restaurant, so the fish is obviously fresh and excellent quality. The owner is quick and friendly, as are the waiters: polite, prompt, and always smiling. The atmosphere is very friendly; you feel right at home. The average price is around €30-35 per person, absolutely in line with the quality of the product and the type of restaurant. I'll definitely be back!

16/08/2025: A fishmonger where you can also eat. The fish is very fresh, the service is fast, and the cuisine is delicious and refined! I loved it and will definitely be back!

13/10/2025: I was so excited to visit: a shop with SAVORY gelato options! After several days exploring "artisanal" locations, this shop flat-out felt pretentious for me. Sampling the various chocolates was almost begging; no expectation of a meal but, really: you can't "verbally" compare different flavors. The portions were extremely small compared to other shops and, while I have no doubt location drives cost, the presentation felt...fake. Even the verbal descriptions felt performative. To each their own? Of course! I just didn't feel at home here.

28/09/2025: Very good traditional Roman dishes. The baked potatoes were awful. 4 appetizers, 5 first courses, 5 second courses with side dishes, 2 bottles of white wine, 2 bottles of water, 1 amaro, 2 limoncellos, €275.

01/05/2025: Estábamos alojados en el hotel Orazio Palace al otro lado de la carretera y después de haber tenido una mala experiencia en su restaurante decidió probar Raf. ¡Qué diferencia! No es una mala palabra para decir, menú extenso y comida deliciosa, buen ambiente y el personal muy servicial. Agradecimiento especial a nuestro camarero Hassan que nos atendió tan bien de una manera tan amable y atractiva

16/04/2025: Avrei potuto dire che ci sono stata a pranzo, a cena o per aperitivo, in realtà per me e per la mia famiglia è ormai una tappa fissa ogni volta che stiamo a Roma; Raf è un locale delizioso in pieno centro con personale gentilissimo, disponibile, simpatico e professionale. Ho provato sia la pizza (ottima quella con alici e fiori di zucca), la amatriciana, personalmente è una delle piu' buone mai gustate, buonissime le bruschette, e non parliamo poi dei fritti e dei dolci, il fagottino con la nutella è spaziale. Ma ripeto, al di là dell'ottimo cibo, si respira un'aria di convivialità piacevolissima e ogni volta non posso non tornare.

14/08/2025: We were a group of three friends looking for a restaurant in Grottaferrata for dinner. We considered three or four within a 100-meter radius, but none of them were entirely convincing. Finally, we found La Roncola, which had a high rating and was well-regarded by many, and we set off. Since a young woman with us had dietary restrictions, we looked for the menu at the entrance to clear up any doubts, but we couldn't find one. Tired of searching further, however, we requested a table and sat down. After a few minutes, we were asked if we'd like water, which was promptly brought to us. A few more minutes passed, and a waitress came to our table and asked if we were ready to order. We told her we weren't ready yet because no one had brought us menus, and she promptly replied that there were no menus and that she would list the dishes available for that evening: four or five appetizers, four or five first courses, three second courses, and a few side dishes. Puzzled by the lack of a menu but hungry, we considered ordering two or three appetizers to share, but were told we couldn't split the appetizer because it included all the listed courses, and that if we thought it was too much, we could order a single course at most. Puzzled by the refusal, we decided to order just one appetizer anyway (even though we would have ordered more), choosing one main course from the three available, and three side dishes. In short: one water, one appetizer (three meatballs), three strips (200g of grilled meat seasoned with oil and salt, €25 per dish), three side dishes, and one coffee cost us a whopping €100. Since the bill didn't seem fair for what we'd eaten, we pointed out that restaurants are required to display a menu, so they can give customers the option to choose whether or not to order. We were told that if we asked for the menu, we would have it. A truly irritating attitude. To top it all off, we paid part of the bill in cash, and of course, there was no receipt.

02/07/2025: Very intimate restaurant, with a menu of land and sea. We chose in 4 adults all seafood courses, while his girls took a half plate of pasta each. Very kind and helpful waitress, the friendly and present owner, very good food (including raw!!!) We will definitely be back!

12/10/2025: Sunday lunch with three first courses: calamarata with sea bass, orange, and olives, tonnarelli with pumpkin cream and shrimp, and tonnarelli cacio e pepe with zucchini flowers. The latter in particular, thanks in part to their beautiful and original presentation in a parmesan basket, were among the best first courses I've ever tasted. Generous portions, moderate prices. The outdoor table was very pleasant.

23/09/2025: Very cute place on the outside. I was there for a birthday. Impeccable service and very friendly staff despite the place being really busy. Wide selection of dishes. I'll be back on my next trip to Palocco.

19/10/2025: Thank you so much. We had a fantastic meal on our first day in Ostia. The food was outstanding and the service even better. If you find yourself looking for a nice place to eat after roaming around the ruins i highly recommend.
