We stayed there for 3 days and 2 nights. It's a quiet area near exit 11 of the ring road. We had a great time, and they even gave us the room we requested. Breakfast includes toast, biscuits, some sweet pastries, two types of cake, yogurt, and cereal, accompanied by two fruit juices, water, and coffee made to order. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. We also had lunch at the restaurant, and I must say the quality was good.

For a two-star hotel, it deserves more than three. The minimalist rooms are clean and fairly new, with a functional bathroom. The owner is very friendly, and there's parking, even a charging station. Excellent restaurant, good prices.

13/06/2026: I stayed at this hotel for work. It's a welcoming property with free parking in a quiet location very close to Grottaferrata. Everything was very clean, but the walls and ceilings in the room could use a little more maintenance. The breakfast was good, with a variety of quality products. I really appreciated the kindness and professionalism of all the staff. I recommend it.

22/04/2026: Federico, the cashier, is very nice, the sandwiches are excellent and the coffee is better than in Balduina
