04/05/2025: Ristorante posizionato poco fuori dal Raccordo dispone di un ampio parcheggio. La struttura prevede una macelleria/norcineria dove acquistare i prodotti dell'azienda (e non solo) ed un ristorante molto curato. Cibo di ottima fattura e qualità anche se il menù non dispone di molta scelta (eccezion fatta, ovviamente, per la carne) Prezzi poco sopra lo standard. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Da tenere in considerazione se si vuole fare un pranzo/cena in tranquillità

10/07/2025: Simply calling "Un posto al sole" a restaurant is an understatement. Our son and daughter-in-law held their wedding there, and it was enchanting. The location is well-maintained, there were no mosquitoes in the garden, the pool is clean, and with its waterfall, it felt like being in a spa. The indoor area, beautifully refreshed for the event, was welcoming. The food was delicious, from the aperitif (prosecco, soft drinks, fried foods, supplì, etc.) served in the garden to the lunch (buffet appetizer, paccheri with swordfish and eggplant, sea bream with orange salad). The fruit is seasonal and very fresh. The wedding cake (delicious and beautiful) was prepared by the owner, Mrs. Paola. The staff was very polite, kind, and patient. Giving this place and the people who run it only five stars is a real shame, because it needs at least double. We recommend this location 100%. Maria Grazia and Tommaso

22/07/2025: As a Hilton Diamond Member and loyal guest of Hotel Lord Byron (HLB) since 2012, I’m heartbroken by its catastrophic decline, driven by poor management and ownership. Checking in yesterday at 9 AM after booking the prior night, I checked out today at 1 PM—enduring an hour-long ordeal—due to a deplorable stay marked by rude reception, sketchy service, and dishonest practices. Despite booking for early check-in, most hotels wouldn’t charge for the prior night given my 9 AM arrival. After resting, I requested room cleaning in person that afternoon, but it was ignored; my room remained uncleaned through checkout. Requests for pillows and coffee were disregarded, construction noise ruined sleep, and the breakfast was a sketchy, understocked mess unfit for a “luxury” SLH property. My Diamond status was acknowledged, but the “amenities” (standard WiFi and one bottle of water, given to all guests) were laughably stingy. The afternoon receptionist confirmed I could check out early without charges, and I informed the evening manager, Simone, of my checkout. Yet, the front desk staff at checkout ignored this, revealing abysmal communication. They were rude, dismissive, and talked over me when I calmly noted their lack of follow-through, then played the victim. I was wrongly charged €400 ($430) per night for two unspent nights and a comped transfer from a prior stay—a blatant scam. Even the grips apologized for the front desk, while Cheema stood out for professionalism. Spending 340 days a year in hotels, this was among the worst experiences. I’ve relocated to another Rome hotel at $500/night. Refund the €800+ in charges and fix this failing hotel!

21/07/2025: The service is top-notch. Try the bar ...even for a quiet place to read and grab lunch or a beverage. The location is very quiet and restaurants in walking.diatance. a cab stand is one block away if you want to go into central rome. I picked this hotel due to proximity to the Borghese park and quiet neighborhood. It did not disappoint.

01/08/2025: Lovely place, but asking to get up to make room for the dinner table after you've even booked is absurd! Embarrassing Spritz, wrong aperitif menu, not even a small plate for an aperitif; had to ask a very kind waiter; paid for two aperitif options, only one arrived. The other time was even worse than the first; paying €15 for a Spritz with a supplì and frozen croquette was absurd.

30/07/2025: A very nice place with a stunning terrace overlooking the Aniene Valley. The pizza is very good (Roman-style) with a highly digestible dough. The meat is also excellent (we tried both the burger and the chicken strips). The service is young, cheerful, and efficient. Excellent value. Recommended.

25/02/2025: A hidden pearl in the Villa Spada neighborhood of Rome. Right where you don't expect it, this little neighborhood bar with surprising cuisine is located. Thanks to the cook who, however, from fresh news, seems to have flown to other shores... too bad. Because it's not every day that you eat "restaurant-style" food in what, all things considered, isn't even a trattoria, with an environment that to define as spartan is an understatement, and a decidedly "unlucky" location (of course, either you go there on purpose or you don't get there). Trust him, it's really worth a visit.

12/04/2025: La Camera da Pranzo è un posto ideale per un pranzo fuori porta domenicale. Immerso nelle vigne e negli ulivi, regala un’atmosfera calda e accogliente. Luca è stato un ottimo padrone di casa accompagnandoci nella scoperta dei loro vini, veramente buoni. Il pranzo si compone di quattro portate, a nostro parere, una più buona dell’altra. Cubo di ramoracce, fettuccine al ragout e brasato 10 e lode! Prezzo ottimo!
