Everything was perfect, the food was excellent and the service even better!

Pizza and pasta was amazing. Also we didn’t hear any sirens during dinner. It’s on a side street away from all the chaos!!!

We came from a cruise ship port and based on all the snafus getting the train into Rome we weren't sure what to expect. We found this gem on the non tourist exit of the main train station. There is a bakery, deli, and wine shop on one side and a restaurant on the other. Seems family owned. Owners were so kind and sweet they recognized my boyfriend had Roman heritage and gave him double the amount of cookies and pastries he asked for. Then the most wonderful server took care of us before a big thunderstorm. They let me use the washroom even though they already cleaned and prepared for their dinner rush rest. The food was incredible. All the pizza was terrific but the meatballs, porcini mushroom pizza, and zucchini flowers sang off our plates after eating so much cruise food. Just what the doctor ordered. You can tell it has good food based on the number of bank workers going to lunch here. Eat here! Strong limoncello spritzers. They cooled the temperature for us perfectly on everything too so no burnt mouths. Looking forward to returning

We were very pleased with our visit to Restaurant Punturi. The pleasant atmosphere and the polite and attentive staff made for a lovely evening. The food was also excellent: We particularly enjoyed the risotto and the pizza – delicious, high-quality, and attractively presented. Overall, a great restaurant that we would gladly recommend. Tried it for a quick lunch with colleagues, and it lived up to our expectations. We tried the focaccia and their steak, which was cooked to perfection and very delicious. Maybe they need to revisit the potatoes; I wasn't a fan of them. The option to pay with meal vouchers is very convenient; we'll be back!

The restaurant is located in a tourist area, so it caters to this type of clientele. Good food, fast service, and average prices for the area.

Great authentic Roman restaurant with a warm atmosphere and attentive service. The pasta was fresh and flavorful, and the meat dishes were well-balanced and perfectly cooked. The real highlight was the cheesecake with wild berries — absolutely outstanding, creamy with a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity. Excellent wine, relaxed vibe, and a truly enjoyable dining experience. Highly recommended!
