El pan es crujiente y el relleno es un sueño.
Suministro también muy agradable, pero si vas. ¡Trae el trapezoide!

14/08/2025: Visited this restaurant twice on a recent trip to Rome. Both visits were fantastic! The food was truly superb - a perfect balance of restaurant level cooking, but with a feel that you get from home cooking. The wine was also really good.
Most striking was the service - which was extremely friendly and helpful.
Definitely recommended!

16/07/2025: The traditional Roman first courses are excellent, having tried them on two occasions, both times very satisfying. I tried the cacio e pepe and the tonnarelli aglio olio e peperoncino, and they were truly delicious, al dente and spicy. I had some concerns about the second courses (the boiled meatballs were good but very dry). The restaurant has a very pleasant, well-ventilated outdoor area, with tables arranged so as to maintain appropriate social distancing. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Good appetizers, but pasta needs to be reviewed, starting from the cooking alla manteca.

07/07/2025: We ordered the mozzarella with tomato and 4 slices of bread and it was good but nothing exceptional, so far good but 40 euros for the mozzarella and 12 euros for the bread that other than a little had nothing special seems to me a rather high price for what they offer. I would never repeat it.

19/07/2025: Fermilab is a very refined bar, both in its decor and atmosphere. The space is thoughtfully designed, with a contemporary feel that makes it welcoming and pleasant to live in. It's perfect for breakfast, afternoon tea, or aperitifs. The staff is friendly and attentive. The selection is interesting, with quality products and a few original offerings. A great meeting place for those looking for something different in the area.
22/02/2025: We stumbled upon it for breakfast today and I must admit that everything was excellent.
We tried 3 different types of pastries and had the cappuccino. Everything was excellent, prices from times gone by and really very kind. Highly recommended

Inoltre potevamo ammirare un bellissimo panorama.
