Small but welcoming place.
The staff is very friendly and attentive in advising and collecting the opinion after the tasting.
And ours was positive for every dish.
We started with delicious aubergine meatballs and a delicious potato, speck and cheese flan.
The Tonnarelli with Chianina ragù is excellent, but great note of merit is given to Brunelleschi's Peposo. A Chianina stew that melted in your mouth.
The desserts are also good. We tried a tiramisu made with cantucci biscuits and a Nutella cream with almonds.
A menu that brings Tuscan cuisine to Tivoli.
What can I say, an absolutely excellent first experience.
I don't know the name of the waitress who served us all evening, a young blonde girl.

The guanciale(pig cheek) braised with red wine was incredibly delicious. The texture was cooked magically like beef. Ask about their special menu, they’re usually great. Their chef/owner spent some time in Tuscany region.
Need to make reservations online. Chill vibe inside. Dog-friendly. Very attentive service, the lady greeted us with sincere smiles, we really appreciate her service. They don’t speak English as the Rome restaurants but can still communicate well.
However, if you’re a foreigner the owner/other staff will discuss your nationality and behavior besides you cause they assume you can’t understand Italians.
We will dine again if they were less judgmental.

Great cuisine of the old Tuscan tradition. The rooms are very clean and fragrant. Exquisite wines of great persistence. Spotless bathrooms. The prices are excellent.

Cozy place. Perfect service. Professional and very polite staff. Excellent quality-price relation.
It feels at home. High quality of food. The dishes are prepared with love for good food....and you can taste it at the first bite!!!
The cheek with red wine is excellent...not to mention the tagliolini with white Chianina ragù. Tuscan cured meats and cheeses. Lampredotto. Ribollita.....all delicious
If you go there you can't help but try the desserts... the tiramisu with cantucci and the cantucci and salted caramel dessert are perfect...
Absolutely recommended!!!!

Great little place for aperitivo or full meal. Traditional Tuscan dishes (as well as daily specials) and a nice selection of Tuscan wines and other regions. Very reasonable prices and service was excellent and friendly (a rarity in Rome).

Piccolo locale della cucina toscana con pochi tavoli all’interno ma con ampio spazio a disposizione nella piazza, personale molto gentile, servizio veloce, buona carta dei vini. Consiglio gli antipasti e i secondi ottimamente preparati.
