22/07/2025: This bar is a true neighborhood gem. I love the family atmosphere. Gianni always has a smile when I go, and his breakfasts are amazing. It's the perfect place to start the day. I feel at home here. It's second to none.

08/10/2025: A few years ago, I visited here, and although the staff were rude, the food was delicious, and they were kind enough to give me a tip when paying. I returned this time, but I won't be going back. This is the only place in Italy where I felt I was discriminated against. It left a very bad impression on me. I don't recommend it.

11/10/2025: We stopped in for a quick lunch and it was a lovely discovery. As soon as we walked in, the grill was lit, and it already made it clear that the food was going to be good, and indeed, it was confirmed. We had delicious pork skewers, scamorza cheese, and grilled livers. The meatballs and carbonara were also good. The girl who served us was very kind and always available. The price was very fair for the quality of the food. We will definitely be back to try other dishes!

05/07/2025: Perfect evening at Baficchio in Palestrina. Three of us came: me, my wife and my daughter. We had pizza and I have to say it was really excellent. Light dough, well cooked, fresh and abundant ingredients. The place is welcoming, well-kept, with a family atmosphere. The staff is kind and attentive, without being intrusive. A place where you feel good, you eat better and you will gladly return. Highly recommended for those looking for a good pizza in Palestrina.

04/10/2025: I'm a regular customer of Fatti di Flore and I can say that everything is always very good. This evening we went for pizza and it was very, very disappointing. The pizzas were so hard you couldn't cut them, my marinara was completely covered in parsley and oil that was floating in large quantities. I didn't send it back so as not to wait another twenty minutes. I mentioned it to the cashier and they told me that it can happen, without even a hint of an apology.

07/10/2025: First of all, I hope the criticisms are taken into account to improve. Dinner with friends. We chose this trattoria partly because they offer the entire menu, including gluten-free options. Unfortunately, we weren't satisfied: when you eat out, you "hope to eat better than at home." But choosing the €30 menu, we found: a mediocre appetizer, a first course with fresh pasta (the only acceptable course), a second course poor in quality and quantity, and for dessert, wine donuts and slices of mini tart... The same goes for the gluten-free option: using "supermarket" bread and pasta... isn't satisfying... on the contrary! Traditional dishes like "cacio e pepe" need to be made expertly, not sloppily!!! The service also left much to be desired: we asked the person serving us for grated pecorino cheese, which never arrived... we asked for water and wine, too... From a trattoria in the Castelli Romani, we expected excellent, well-made Roman dishes, with fresh and abundant ingredients, as per tradition... what a shame.
