You walk in and it feels like stepping into a quiet orchestra of ovens, knives, and hands that actually care. No pretension, no theatre for Instagram. Just real craft, happening a few centimeters in front of you. The pizza? It doesn’t try to impress you. It just does. The base is that perfect contradiction Rome does so well: light but grounded, crispy but with a soft heart that gives in without a fight. Then the toppings arrive like confident sentences, not shouting, just precise. Mortadella, burrata, pistachio crumbs… it’s not a combo, it’s a small love story. Anchovies on the other slice cut through everything like a sharp thought, salty, honest, unforgettable. And then there’s the detail that matters: balance. Nothing is there to show off. Everything is there because it belongs. Behind the counter, you don’t feel like a customer. You feel like someone they’re feeding on purpose. There’s a quiet generosity in the way things are served, like they want you to leave just a little better than you arrived. Rome is full of good food. This place is something else. It’s simple, but it stays with you.

I can speak for the pizza, which comes in many variations, and I must say that the ones I tried were all excellent, with quick and courteous service and fair prices.

Very nice and good food. It's a shame it's located in an area where parking is difficult. Definitely worth a try.
