Wonderful Carbonara and Tiramisù

I had dinner at this restaurant with my daughter. The atmosphere is very pleasant and comfortable, the background music is excellent, the food is very good, and the wait staff is truly friendly and helpful.

Organising dinners for corporate groups is never easy. Different tastes, expectations, dietary preferences, time constraints, and usually a fixed set menu that has to work for everyone. That is exactly why I feel compelled to write this review. From the very first contact, Maurizio, the owner, was incredibly flexible, professional, and genuinely caring. He went far beyond what one normally experiences in a restaurant. The attention, the adaptability, and the way he personally made sure everything worked smoothly for our group was outstanding. The service was simply exceptional. Warm, attentive, efficient, and always with a smile. It never felt like a standard “group dinner”; it felt personal, elegant, and relaxed at the same time. Something you rarely experience with larger corporate groups. Most importantly: every single guest was happy. The food, the service, the atmosphere, the flow of the evening – everything worked perfectly. That alone says everything, because pleasing a corporate group is not an easy task. Grazie mille, Maurizio, and the entire team at Target, for making our evening so special. This was hospitality at its very best, and I would not hesitate for a second to bring future groups back. Truly outstanding.

Diavola and Vegetarian pizzas were pretty good! The vegetable bundle with cheese fondue was brilliant. Our server was super kind and even served us some prosecco while we waited for the take out!

Pleasant dinner in the center of Rome. Very elegant restaurant. Excellent seafood and desserts. Reservations recommended.

We went here on a recommendation for dinner. It seemed like there were more locals than tourists, and the service was quick. Four of us ordered Greek salad, carbonara, risotto, two steaks, and grilled octopus. It was a satisfying dinner. However, the restaurant was crowded, so it was a bit hectic and we had to wait a while to order. The carbonara and risotto were just okay, and the grilled octopus and steak were satisfying.

3.5 out of 5 – good pasta, dessert but relatively disappointing service The highlight of the meal was the pasta, which was cooked al dente and had good flavor. The dessert cake was also enjoyable, and it was a nice touch that they generously offered a prosecco for New Year’s Eve. However, some dishes, especially some vegetarian options, were very ordinary. The grilled one was really let down as it was pretty blend. I would expect more effort or lower price for vege menu. There is mould on some part of cheese that did not look expectedly moulded. The service wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t very friendly either. Considering it was New Year’s Eve, I would have expected at least some warmth or small interactions to make the evening feel more special, which can be typically seen in usual dining experience.

Pleasant experience. It was our choice for New Year's Eve dinner. Obviously, it's unpretentious, being a restaurant, and the dining room downstairs was quiet during the evening, so we were with friends. A 7 for the food and service.

It's a shame because the food is good, but the bill is high and the pressure to tip is unwelcome. I now understand the special attention given to certain tables.
