04/09/2025: I discovered Pasticceria Matrem in Piazza Bologna and was thrilled! A modern and welcoming place, perfect for a sweet break. The panciol was truly a surprise: soft, delicate, and exceptionally flavorful, one of the best I've ever had. The variety of sweet and leavened pastries is also excellent, all prepared with great care. The friendly and attentive staff helps make the experience even more enjoyable. A must-see for anyone seeking quality and deliciousness in Rome. 🍩☕

03/09/2025: A MUST-try if you're in Rome. These pangoccioli are simply too good to eat just one. Not to mention the filling, I recommend the pistachio flavor. For the quality, the prices are incredibly low. We'll definitely be back.

12/10/2025: The restaurant has a good atmosphere with a Thai feel. The food prices and quantities are okay, and the taste of the food is very Thai. If you want it spicy, you can order your desired level of spiciness. It was delicious, but the salad was a bit too sweet.

Birre dateci dopo il pagamento che però ovviamente tendono a scaldarsi dopo dieci minuti. I toast buoni, ma poco conditi, si sente quasi solo pane. Birre artigianali buone. Prezzi un po' troppo esosi per quantità/ qualità rispetto ai concorrenti attigui

13/09/2025: We stopped by chance for lunch on our way back north. Everything was delicious: fried anchovies, seafood linguine, and linguine with pecorino cheese and mussels, the latter exceptional. The crema catalana was superb! The owner was friendly and helpful.

The pasta was perfectly al dente, the shrimp juicy, and the sauce flavorful and well-balanced. Overall, I was very satisfied with the meal. I also calculated the calories of this dish using the service mentioned on the photo attached to my review. It turned out to be very convenient and fast — just a few seconds, and you get precise data on calories and macros. Now I totally recommend trying this calorie-counting service — it makes tracking your diet super easy!
