Always TOP exquisite food, kindness all on a terrace not so easy to find in Rome

I had booked for two on the terrace, but when we arrived, they wouldn't let us sit because they thought it was too hot. We insisted on going. We had a great time alone, without the heat they said it would be. They seemed very annoyed, perhaps because we were the only customers and they didn't want to serve us by climbing the stairs. However, they could have simply refused my reservation on the terrace and they would have made a better impression. The dinner was good, however, and being alone on the terrace was very nice and peaceful.

We went here to eat for a baptism, we had a great time and the whole menu was well cooked, we will come back.

I dined last night with friends, and overall we had a great time. The terrace is beautiful, though perhaps a little crowded. The dishes were beautiful, and the overall atmosphere was very reminiscent of the Cilento coast. The dishes we tried were all delicious, as was the recommended wine, which was served very chilled. The price, considering the quality of the ingredients used, the quantity, and the preparation, is decidedly reasonable, and there's no obvious disparity between the fish and meat dishes. Even among the various courses, you can "afford" the lobster linguine, as it costs the same as the seafood scialatielli and is truly worth it. I only have a few small complaints about the service. We were left to our own devices. It's an excellent approach, not to pressure customers by appearing to send them away quickly, but to clear away dirty plates, check to see if we need water or wine, and ask if we want to order anything else. I think this should be done without haste, but with a presence.

This is undoubtedly one of the best, if not the best, restaurant in Rome. A corner of the city on the outskirts of southern Rome, which instantly brings you to the Amalfi Coast. Not going to this restaurant is truly missing out. The dishes are all amazing and also very healthy and digestible. Scialattelli with sea bass and pistachio, incredible eggplant or Cetara anchovy parmigiana, caponata, linguine with lobster, fillet steak in Barolo wine, oh my... and Michela's tiramisu... wow! Even though I've been there many times, I still haven't managed to try the entire menu because the dishes I've had so far have been so good that I can't help but order them again. Never happened before. How lucky there is a restaurant like this, right in my neighborhood! And in the summer they even have a lovely, breezy terrace with plenty of tables. Every product is meticulously selected, with exceptional fish and meat, top-quality wines, some of the best bread I've ever tasted, and exceptional olive oil served at the table. I honestly don't know how they manage to keep prices relatively affordable given the exceptionally high quality of the products. The Amalfi location also has a homey feel; the manager and owner always ensures excellent service, and her brother, also the owner, always finds time to meet and exchange pleasantries with all the customers, making sure no one is overlooked. This recognition of Italian cuisine as a UNESCO World Heritage Site is truly deserved, when it's made at this level.

I've been to this restaurant many times and always leave satisfied. I've always been impressed by the staff's hospitality and professionalism: Michelina, Gennaro, Antonio, and the rest of the team are truly kind, helpful, and make you feel right at home. The restaurant has been completely renovated and reflects the style and colors of Vietri sul Mare, creating an elegant, warm, and unique atmosphere. Even though we're in Rome, both the setting and the dishes manage to transport you to the Amalfi Coast. The fish is always incredibly fresh and prepared with great care. Another aspect I really appreciate is the attention to detail: they always strive to accommodate every need with helpfulness and courtesy. A place I recommend without hesitation to anyone looking for excellent seafood, quality, and a welcoming atmosphere. I'll definitely be back many more times.
