I've been a loyal Matrem customer since 2021. Their pangoccioli are a guarantee, for me the best ever. For about a year now, they've become even softer, much less dry, and I find the pizza at their second location (the one on Viale delle Province) even better than the one at the original location. On a negative note? A significant price increase for both pizza and pangoccioli (especially since I only get them filled). Also, I've been buying filled muffins and brownies for years, and they don't make them anymore. It's a real shame because I used to love them, and now they "only" make pangoccioli.

Today I bought two pangoccioli. I was disappointed. The brioche didn't seem fresh and the dough was dry and not soft and fragrant. There is room for improvement.

I'm always afraid of places famous on Instagram...they're often disappointing, with too much appearance and little substance. Matrem, on the other hand, has good products that are always fresh, freshly baked, with open-view laboratories for both sweet and savory dishes.

Great place, ordered both pizza and pangoccioli on Glovo, spectacular. Freshly made pizzas arrived still hot. Dough rated 10 out of 10. Pangoccioli were breathtaking. Congratulations!
