I'm always afraid of places famous on Instagram...they're often disappointing, with too much appearance and little substance. Matrem, on the other hand, has good products that are always fresh, freshly baked, with open-view laboratories for both sweet and savory dishes.

Great place, ordered both pizza and pangoccioli on Glovo, spectacular. Freshly made pizzas arrived still hot. Dough rated 10 out of 10. Pangoccioli were breathtaking. Congratulations!

Excellent Pangoccioli, with many different flavors. They also offer pizza by the slice. The staff is very friendly. Unfortunately, the only downside is that parking is almost impossible if you have a car.

I have nothing to say about the product. The Pangoccioli are very good, but I have a complaint about the condition in which they arrive after ordering them from Glovo. They're all squashed and forced together, with the various fillings all over the box. I say this because out of the four times I've ordered them, they've always arrived in this condition. Otherwise, I have nothing to say, but I would reconsider the way the product is packaged for delivery.

17/03/2026: A very quiet venue, perfect for work meetings or project dinners. Ours was a very peaceful dinner for 11 people, and we were able to complete our geography project in complete peace. Patient waiters, owner Ciro, high-rack pizza, and truly sparkling restrooms—a truly impeccable place. We'll be back.
17/03/2026: Excellent pizza, excellent staff, kind and courteous. I will definitely be back. 10/10. There was a group of very friendly kids at the next table having a school reunion, so it's also great for large groups. Ciro, the gentleman, is very nice and sporty, even though I'm not a Napoli fan! 01/04/2026: One of the best Neapolitan pizzas I've ever had. The atmosphere is a bit too dark and vintage. The service could be improved: sometimes even a smile makes a difference. Highly recommended!
