17/04/2025: Después de una mañana explorando la Fontana di Trevi, la Plaza de España, la Galería Borghese y Villa Borghese, paramos en Pandali para almorzar, ¡y fue una de las mejores sorpresas de nuestro viaje! El momento en que entramos, el propietario nos recibió cálidamente. El espacio luminoso y alegre ofrecía un montón de asientos interiores (una ventaja en Roma), y cuando pregunté sobre “senza glutine”, sonrió y dijo que todo en el restaurante es gluten - libre. ¡Como alguien con enfermedad celíaca, esto era música para mis oídos! Elegimos un sándwich de focaccia y ensalada de garbanzos, luego no pudimos resistir probar dos postres diferentes, porque cuando todo es seguro, dices que sí a los dulces. El menú cambia diariamente, así que no esperes las mismas ofertas dos veces, pero espera opciones frescas, sabrosas y sin preocupaciones. Ubicado cerca de Torre Argentina y a un paseo del Panteón, este fue un lugar perfecto para comer. Muy recomendable para una comida casual, deliciosa y celíaca - segura!

09/04/2025: New headquarters in Piazzale Ionio. Delicious croissants, sliced ​​to perfection. The cream one really filled with excellent custard. Also tasted the raspberry and Chantilly cream one: wonderful. Ditto pistachio. The Sicilian cannoli had just come out, very fresh. The pastry counter is well stocked. Creamy cappuccino. Normal prices considering the excellent quality of the products, given that frozen croissants can be found at the same prices elsewhere.

24/04/2025: First experience in a vegan restaurant and I was pleasantly surprised. The quality is excellent. Wonderful appetizers and pasta, tofu and seitan, you have to like it but you can't say they weren't prepared excellently. It's a quiet environment, there are lots of cats and you have to respect their peace. The waiters are kind and ready to clear up any doubts. I read on the menu that there is the possibility of gluten-free dishes.

21/04/2025: Everything about this place has been amazing. If you love cats and flavorful vegetarian food, this is a must-visit restaurant. There are a total of 6 cats who are very polite and the restaurant itself has a cozy atmosphere. Every dish was truly amazing and very flavorful, I wish we could’ve tried more. If you are visiting Roma, definitely visit Romeow Cat Bistrot!

12/05/2025: Nice Sardinian-inspired fish restaurant immersed in the olive grove countryside of Capena. The carasau bread with oil served as a house welcome is excellent, as is the fried meatball with cuttlefish and artichokes. The fettucine with seafood and the fregola (typical Sardinian durum wheat pasta) with courgettes, mussels and calamari are also very good; the mixed grill of prawns, scampi and cuttlefish and the side dishes were average. Closes sweetly with classic honey seadas.

The foods Homemade fettuccine creamed with Roman pecorino, Sardinian pecorino, Amatriciano bacon and rosemary powder: the dish was served warm and sticky. The bacon is not crunchy but hard and dry. The impression is as if it had been prepared a long time in advance and then reheated. Beef cheek Served with mashed potatoes: flavorless and always prepared first and reheated (boiled taste). BBQ pork ribs cooked at low temperature: cooking at low temperatures allows you to obtain meat that comes apart perfectly and is soft and succulent. The ribs that were served to us were stringy. They seemed overly heated. The baloc merlot is good (excessive price).
