Bar Tritone In Roma

There are many places in Rome that serve good food. This place is very special, offers quality and perfectly prepared food. But more importantly, what made us come back for the second time in 2 days is the service. The attention that completes the experience of eating specialties. Daniele made sure we tried other dishes, surprised us with Sicilian tomatoes just because he wanted us to taste them. This is an attitude that is rarely found, especially in a cosmopolitan city like Rome.

One of our favourite trattorias In Rome and will forever be a favourite for us. Beautiful food and you must try try the Tiramisu! The best you can get.

The most incredibly wonderful restaurant experience we’ve ever had. Our waiters were wonderful, kind, accommodating, and so proud of their restaurant and Italian history. Antonio was the most lovely human, even through the impenetrable language barrier. They spoiled our entire party with incredible food, over the top service, and the warmest hospitality we’ve ever experienced. I know the stars must have aligned just right for us, but I hope you get at least a glimpse of the pure magic we enjoyed at Trattoria Tritone.

I don’t leave many reviews, really ever. BUT we went to Italy in February and we are STILL talking about our experience at Trattoria Tritone!! We stumbled on this restaurant at night and we were immediately welcomed in and so graciously treated. We weren’t sure what to eat, but the staff took the best care of all of us. The artichokes are worth the visit in and of itself. We were lucky enough to meet Antonio, who was an absolute delight. We will never forget this experience, as it was one of the most magical nights of our whole trip. Thank you for your hospitality and for our forever cherished memories!! 15/10 recommend!!!

I was initially nervous about dining so close to the Trevi Fountain, fearing a tourist trap, but seeing the place packed with happy customers convinced us to stay. It was a great decision! While we ordered the Roman artichoke, the absolute star of that dish was the accompanying rosemary focaccia. We also noticed another table ordering a tomato bruschetta that wasn't on the official menu, so we asked for it too. It was incredible—more like a mountain of fresh tomato salad on bread. With the very first bite, my childhood came rushing back to me from the sheer aroma alone. It was a rare, beautiful reminder of what a tomato is actually supposed to taste like. For our main course, we both had the pumpkin-filled truffle ravioli. It was incredibly tasty, rich in flavor, yet impressively light and not overwhelmingly heavy. A wonderful, authentic find in the heart of Rome’s most touristy area!

The food is very good! Excellent value for money!
