We followed the tasting menu, consisting of six different pizzas, each incredible in its own way. From balance to contrast, from complexity to evolved simplicity, Gianluigi delighted us from the first bite to the last. Honorable mention for the "For a Friend..." pizza!

The pizza is delicious, with a light and slightly crunchy dough, I think due to the semolina used to make the dough. The ingredients are refined and high-quality. We had a San Marzano and a corn and memories pizza, both delicious, but the tomato on the San Marzano reminded us of home-cooked flavors. Special mention to the young people who run the restaurant, all very young but attentive to detail and customer needs. We were impressed by the care with which they set each table. The prices are in line with those of the more famous pizzerias, which are truly on par with them. We'll definitely be back 😊

We ordered, for example, a pizza with Annurca apples (a local product) that we wouldn't have found elsewhere, so if you want to try something different, this is the place. Despite this, I find it quite expensive; it's located on a typical city street. I think this high price is due to the concept and the products.

"Gli Artigiani" is a pizzeria located in Giuliano, in the province of Naples. The atmosphere is pleasant and formal, with limited seating. The menu doesn't offer a wide selection of appetizers, so we opted for their Frittatina with shrimp on top: the shrimp was a nice idea, but the Frittatina's crust was a bit bland. The pizza is the one with a thick crust, and many are also available in double-baked or pan-fried versions. I personally chose the one with cream cheese and potatoes, which was very good. Overall, the pizza is light and flavorful, and you can immediately tell the ingredients are carefully selected and carefully chosen. In my opinion, the prices are a bit high: both the pizzas and appetizers should be a few euros cheaper.
