From an excellent restaurant in a splendid location, very traditional and varied, it's becoming a run-of-the-mill affair run by young, overly trendy people. At castles, one expects more tradition and more prompt, cheerful service.

Our first experience, and we were overall satisfied. The food was really good, with highlights for the grilled meat, pesto pasta, and grilled mushrooms (these were the best dishes!). The staff was friendly and quick. The atmosphere was quiet and pleasant. If there was anything to improve, I'd say the size of the water bottles was a bit smaller. They were too small and ran out quickly. There's room and room to find a better solution in this regard. Recommended establishment.

Truly a beautiful location! The view of Rome all the way to the sea and the sunset is truly delightful. I would recommend it for an aperitivo.
The appetizer was very good, with a few samples of the main course. Unfortunately, the pizza wasn't great. Neither the pinsa nor the pizza. The vegetables on the pinsa were raw.
The staff is truly very kind and attentive.

A surprising discovery.
The experience started positively from the moment we made our reservation over the phone and continued to improve.
The waiters in the dining room are all young, attractive, and professional...a rarity these days.
The food is excellent and the prices are affordable.
You are truly talented, you deserve 5 stars.
My wife agrees, and it's a truly unique experience.

A very nice place, perfect for a pleasant, cool evening on a scorching Roman day. I tried the pizza, but it wasn't memorable, and it's clear that it's not their strong point. The dough was tough, and there was too much cheese. Overall, it wasn't very good. Next time, I'll try the meat, where I noticed there's a lot of choice. The service is good, but the staff is lacking, and it shows. Overall, it's worth a visit, but no pizza. The price is a bit high, but unfortunately, that's become almost the norm.

We came last night with a white husky. We already knew you; we'd been here before. We adore you, and the waiters are truly excellent, very kind, and extremely helpful. See you soon. The restaurant is beautiful and the location is magnificent.
