We dined at Acquolina tonight. When our main‑course fish dish was served, the yellow plum, caviar and chard leaf had slipped off and spilled beside the fish. The plate was brought to our table without being rearranged or corrected by the kitchen or service team. While the flavour of the fish itself was good, the presentation was unacceptable for a Michelin‑starred restaurant. This kind of careless plating and lack of quality control was disappointing for our fine‑dining experience.
